The latest headline on the DrudgeReport website reports “ZOGBY: MCCAIN MOVES INTO LEAD 48-47 IN ONE DAY POLLING.” This comes on the heels of a report that Obama’s lead over McCain dropped from 9 percent a week ago to 3 percent. It appears as though taxpaying Americans are beginning to see Obama as a Socialist, who wants to spread their wealth around. Obama’s promises not to tax people below 250k may sound good at first, but Obama and Biden have recently suggested much lower ceilings of $200k and $150k. Even more damaging is the fact that Obama wants the Bush tax cuts to expire, which would raise taxes for virtually all working Americans, including people making as little as $6,100 in adjust gross income.
Obama has made a series of mistakes in recent weeks, which have made him look like another big government, tax-and-spend liberal (if not a Socialist). Joe Biden recently said that he would “guarantee” that Obama would face a crisis as some foreign leader would challenge the young, inexperienced Obama. The Republicans have even made a commercial out of Biden’s bizarre statement and are currently running it in the final days.
Added to all this is the Obama citizenship issue. Obama acts like responding to these doubts is “beneath him.” His family traveled frequently outside the US, and his father NEVER became a US citizen. His mother became a citizen of Indonesia for several years. There is a very serious doubt that Obama’s mother could have been in Kenya when he was born and then SCAMMED the authorities in Hawaii to get US citizenship for him, by bringing Barack back from Kenya and claiming that he was “born at home” outside a hospital. The Philadelphia attorney, Philip J. Berg claims that Obama’s Kenyan grandmother and two of his half-siblings claim that they were in the delivery room when he was born in Mombasa, Kenya.
The people doubting Obama’s citizenship have at least some grounds for doubt based on his family’s known travels. If Obama was born in a hospital and everything was normal regarding his birth records, he could have held a press conference or simply sent his birth documents to the judge in the Berg-Obama lawsuit. What is probably costing Obama some support is his ARROGANT attitude throughout the entire birth controversy. Obama stubbornly refused to send in any proof of his birth. He refused to respond to the questions/assertions in the Berg Lawsuit (like any normal person being sued would have to do).
It seems as though Obama thinks he is “above the law” and so far the mainstream media and even one federal judge have not bothered to ask Obama to prove that he’s a natural born citizen as the US Constitution requires. This sort of arrogance and disrespect for the law however doesn’t sit well with ordinary Americans. (more…)
