Mexican Invaders Expect US to Rescue them
by Jeff Davis
One of the reasons I spend much of my time web browsing foreign newspapers and media sources is that you find stories which are either grossly underreported or never reported at all in the American news media. This fascinating item comes from the Hong Kong Standard, of all places, but appears to have originated in the British Sunday Telegraph.
The news article reports “Would-be illegal immigrants planning to cross the desert and enter the United States on foot are to be given hand-held satellite devices by the Mexican authorities to ensure they arrive safely. Those who get lost or fall sick during the dangerous four-day crossing will be able to activate the device, to alert frontier police on both sides of the border. The satellite tracking service will require would-be illegals to register their intentions before setting off - a paradoxical move, given that secrecy is necessary for success - but Mexican authorities are predicting that about 200,000 devices will be handed out when the project is launched formally in the coming year.”
So, let me get this straight. The Mexican government is giving technological assistance to 200,000 of its citizens to assist them in violating United States law as they come here to do harm to Americans by stealing jobs, benefits and costly medical care.
The Standard article goes on to say, “Between 20 and 30 migrants succumb to hellish temperatures… while trying to cross into Arizona every year. Heat exhaustion sometimes causes short-term memory loss, with trekkers wandering into the desert. The route into Arizona, known as the Sasave Pass, is both the most common and the most dangerous way into the United States.”
It can cost a small fortune for each search and rescue. If the state of California has to rescue an American citizen, it will stick him with a bill for the rescue because the cost is becoming a serious burden. Local law enforcement is obliged to respond to every satellite rescue beacon that is activated. It’s entirely possible that Americans could die in the wilderness as state resources are tied up trying to rescue illegal aliens who have set off satellite beacons, not to mention the time and money wasted responding to false alarms when Mexicans set off these beacons by accident.
My heart just bleeds for all those Mestizos who risk life and limb and heat stroke to break our law and take our country and our birthright away from us. Instead of risking their lives, why don’t we do everyone a favor and build a formidable wall and increase the border patrol strength to back it up. That way the Mexicans would never even get into the US –let alone lost in the desert.
