Jewish 9th Circuit Judge Had Porn Website
Bestiality on the Bench

The Los Angeles Times reports “A closely watched obscenity trial in Los Angeles federal court was suspended Wednesday after the judge acknowledged maintaining his own publicly accessible website featuring sexually explicit photos and videos…Alex Kozinski admits he posted some of the explicit content. He says he didn’t think the public could see the site, which is now blocked…. Kozinski, chief judge of the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, granted a 48-hour stay in the obscenity trial of a Hollywood adult filmmaker after the prosecutor requested time to explore ‘a potential conflict of interest concerning the court having a . . . sexually explicit website with similar material to what is on trial here.’”
Mr. Kozinski is described as a “Jewish American jurist” on his wikipedia page. (No porn images there, by the way.)
Now that’s a bit of courtroom drama I would have liked to have seen. I can imagine the prosecutor saying: “I introduce State’s Exhibits 70 through 245, which also appear on his honor’s personal web site…” Why would someone create a website if he weren’t “showing off” his collection of porn? Given all the eight giga-byte flash drives available today, you’d think Kozinski would keep all his porn in his pocket. And shouldn’t a federal judge be of sufficiently good character that he should NOT have a porn collection in the first place?
The LA Times notes “In an interview Tuesday with The Times, Kozinski acknowledged posting sexual content on his website. Among the images on the site were a photo of naked women on all fours painted to look like cows and a video of a half-dressed man cavorting with a sexually aroused farm animal. He defended some of the adult content as funny but conceded that other postings were inappropriate… Kozinski, 57, said that he thought the site was for his private storage and that he was not aware the images could be seen by the public, although he also said he had shared some material on the site with friends.”
Okay, so if this kinky bastard knew they were “inappropriate,” why did he post them? And how would he share his website with just a select few friends? Would he e-mail a fellow judge, or maybe a Senator “Toe-tapper” and say “Hey go to such and such a site and look at all the bizarre and perverted stuff! Hyuk hyuk hyuk!”
The Times article continues “Kozinski is one of the nation’s highest-ranking judges and has been mentioned as a possible candidate for the U.S. Supreme Court… He was named chief judge of the 9th Circuit last year and is considered a judicial conservative on most issues. He was appointed to the federal bench by President Reagan in 1985.”
I wonder if he’ll share his porn collection with Judge Clarence “coca cola can” Thomas and Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who already looks like a barnyard animal with no need for makeup. The 9th Circuit is known as the “Nutty Ninth” for its consistently left-wing and depraved judicial philosophy. And why on earth did Ronald Reagan nominate this perv? Ronald Reagan was one of those conservatives who thought some Jews were trustworthy and decent and deserving of high positions in government and the judiciary. Well, wrong again. Some of the worst judges on the Supreme Court were nominated by Reagan and Bush Senior (although the latter should never have been president, nor his idiot son).
Kozinski is now trying to dodge responsibility by blaming his son. The Times article notes “After publication of an latimes.com article about his website Wednesday morning, the judge offered another explanation for how the material might have been posted to the site. Tuesday evening he had told The Times that he had a clear recollection of some of the most objectionable material and that he was responsible for placing it on the Web. By Wednesday afternoon, as controversy about the website spread, Kozinski was seeking to shift responsibility, at least in part, to his adult son, Yale. ‘Yale called and said he’s pretty sure he uploaded a bunch of it,’ Kozinski wrote in an e-mail to Abovethelaw.com, a legal news website.”
Stories like this make me wonder more and more, what really does go on at those Bohemian Grove get-togethers of the super-rich and powerful?
