Evidence Builds that Obama Was not Born in US
Being born outside the US would disqualify Obama from running for president.

For all those who got a public school education, the US Constitution clearly states “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution shall be eligible to the Office of President.” This is why Arnold Schwarzenegger cannot run for president –because he was born in a different country, Austria. Well, there seems to be increasing evidence that Barack Obama may also have been born outside the US.
At first it seemed odd that Obama was not responding to rumors that he may have been born in Kenya. It would be a simple matter to produce a US birth certificate (if he had one), post it on the Internet and put that issue to rest. Perhaps he was just ignoring one of many rumors flying around the Internet.
Then in late June, a website friendly to Obama posted an alleged birth certificate. Almost immediately, people pointed out that the document lacked an official seal. The document number had been inexplicably blacked out. (Actually there’s only one reason to black out the document number –if you’re making a phony document.) There were also some minor oddities such as the race being put down as “African” even though “Negro” would have been the official term for Blacks in the early 1960s. Also, Obama’s birth certificate says “Barack Hussein Obama II” even though “Barack Hussein Obama Jr.” would have been the expected format for a government document.
The apparently bogus birth certificate suddenly magnified the problem. Why would a photo-shopped birth certificate be thrown up the Internet? Is it possible that Barack’s parents traveled to Kenya and Barack was born there? Maybe Barack’s father wanted his son to have Kenyan citizenship and follow in his footsteps as a Kenyan politician. Someone needed to do some detective work and find some people either in Hawaii or Kenya who could say where Obama was born.
Thankfully, someone did step in and dig around. Among the revelations are:
*The Obama birth certificate was exposed as a fake by three document experts
*Barack’s Kenyan relatives remember him being born in Kenya.
*Obama’s parents took a trip to Kenya while his mother was pregnant with him, but were unable to return to the US because airlines refused to fly women who were very close to delivering.
An article on America’s Right reports that “A prominent Philadelphia attorney and Hillary Clinton supporter filed suit this afternoon in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Illinois Sen. Barack Obama, the Democratic National Committee and the Federal Election Commission. The action seeks an injunction preventing the senator from continuing his candidacy and a court order enjoining the DNC from nominating him next week, all on grounds that Sen. Obama is constitutionally ineligible to run for and hold the office of President of the United States…. Berg cited a number of unanswered questions regarding the Illinois senator’s background, and in today’s lawsuit maintained that Sen. Obama is not a natural born U.S. citizen or that, if he ever was, he lost his citizenship when he was adopted in Indonesia. Berg also cites what he calls ‘dual loyalties’ due to his citizenship and ties with Kenya and Indonesia.”
One wonders why Hillary didn’t do this much earlier. Berg called in document experts who debunked the fraudulent birth certificate. The article notes “Even if Sen. Obama can prove his U.S. citizenship, Berg stated, citing the senator’s use of a birth certificate from the state of Hawaii verified as a forgery by three independent document forensic experts, the issue of ‘multi-citizenship with responsibilities owed to and allegiance to other countries’ remains on the table. In the lawsuit, Berg states that Sen. Obama was born in Kenya, and not in Hawaii as the senator maintains. Before giving birth, according to the lawsuit, Obama’s mother traveled to Kenya with his father but was prevented from flying back to Hawaii because of the late stage of her pregnancy, ‘apparently a normal restriction to avoid births during a flight.’ As Sen. Obama’s own paternal grandmother, half-brother and half-sister have also claimed, Berg maintains that Stanley Ann Dunham–Obama’s mother–gave birth to little Barack in Kenya and subsequently flew to Hawaii to register the birth. Berg cites inconsistent accounts of Sen. Obama’s birth, including reports that he was born at two separate hospitals–Kapiolani Hospital and Queens Hospital–in Honolulu, as well a profound lack of birthing records for Stanley Ann Dunham, though simple “registry of birth” records for Barack Obama are available in a Hawaiian public records office.” Or should be avaible if they exist.
The US Constitution says that a presidential candidate must have been born in the US (which would include military territories such as McCain being born in the Panama Canal Zone). Given the fact that the Supreme Court has a conservative bias, it seems highly unlikely Obama will be able to wriggle out of this one if the issue is ever seriously brought up by the two-party system.
So far, it seems like Obama is getting a pass. Either no one seriously believes that a Kenyan-born politician would perpetrate a fraud on this massive a scale for so long or the wire-pullers who stage-manage our elections have decided to stick us with McCain and Obama in 2008 and that “increasingly irrelevant” document called the Constitution, won’t be allowed to ruin their plans.
