DJ Threatens to Molest 4 Year Old

A recent news article reports “This story is just unbelievable, shocking and disturbing. Clear Channel Radio’s Power 105.1 FM’s DJ Troi Torain (Star) from the “Star & Buc Wild Morning Show” was fired and is being investigated possible bias crime after making threatening racial and sexual remarks about a rival’s wife and 4-year-old daughter. What ever happened to music on the radio? Or at least DJ’s providing some sort of humor instead of this nonsense.”
Threatening sexual abuse of a child is a lot more than “nonsense” and it’s no surprise that the authorities have become involved. Strangely, because his threats were directed against a half-black, half-Asian child, his threats are considered a “hate crime.” Apparently threats against white children are not as “bad” (in the eyes of New York liberals) as threats against minority children. Troi probably could have threatened the entire white kindergarten population of Long Island and gotten away with it.
Because of the First Amendment, very few utterances will land you in jail. Death threats are illegal. Conspiring to commit a crime such as plotting a bank robbery is also a crime. Physically threatening any of our elected leaders will send you to the Big House (or maybe even Guantanamo). If Troi Torrain does go to jail, it will almost certainly be for conspiring to molest a child and his on-air remarks will be powerful evidence against him.
Torain was fired on May 10th, after he went on the air, possibly drunk or stoned on drugs, with a wild and gibbering tirade of insults and abuse against a rival DJ. This was the result of a long-running feud between the two hip-hop stations which are rivals for the huge and highly lucrative New York welfare class.
Rival DJs had been verbally harassing Torain although none of their remarks approached threatening child molestation. Torain offered a reward of $500 if anyone told him the whereabouts of his rival’s daughter, causing many to fear that he intended to make good on his threat.
