Barack won’t respond to lawsuit, refuses to prove if he has US citizenship.

If any of us lowly peasants were sued, we would have the legal obligation to respond to questions or assertions in the lawsuit. Failing to respond, would effectively concede that the assertions were true.
Barack Obama was sued by Philip Berg to produce proof of his US citizenship. Berg noted that Obama’s African grandmother and two of his African half-siblings claim that he was born in a hospital in Kenya.
There is a strong possibility that Obama’s mother lied to state government officials in Hawaii, after bringing Barack back from Kenya. Ann Obama may have claimed that Obama was born outside a hospital. This would have (falsely) gotten US citizenship for Barack Obama, and this would also explain how the Democrats could have been fooled since the certification of birth would not look any different from a normal birth in a hospital.
Philip Berg asked for Obama’s original birth record, which would have been either a birth certificate or an after-the-fact birth registry (which would be a red flag indicating that his mother may have scammed the authorities). (more…)
