The System appears to have come to appreciate the need for a few sacrificial lambs to blame for the ongoing economic crash. Two Bears Stearns executives are the first to be thrown in the volcano.

A Bloomberg news article reports “Bear Stearns Company former hedge fund managers Ralph Cioffi and Matthew Tannin were taken into custody at their homes this morning over their roles in the collapse of two funds that ignited the subprime mortgage crisis last year. The arrests are the first from a federal probe of possible fraud by banks and mortgage firms whose investments in subprime loans and securities plunged in value, causing losses that now total $396.6 billion. The Securities and Exchange Commission may sue the two men as early as today, claiming they committed fraud by falsely telling investors the funds they managed were in good condition, people with knowledge of the case said.”

Like they were going to tell their investors “We’re growing our business by making $500,000 home loans to crack heads and other people, who would not qualify for a credit card.” (more…)

A recent news article reports “A young Muslim woman said she and another woman were refused seats directly behind Barack Obama - and in front of TV cameras - at a Detroit rally because they wear head scarfs. Hebba Aref said Wednesday that she and Shimaa Abdelfadeel were among 20,000 supporters who gathered to see the Democratic presidential hopeful on Monday at the Joe Louis Arena when the groups they were with were separately invited by Obama campaign volunteers to sit behind the podium. But Aref said the volunteers told members of both parties in separate discussions that women wearing hijabs, the traditional Muslim head scarves, weren’t included in the invitation and couldn’t sit behind the podium.”

It has not escaped even the notice of the tame and subservient news media that every time Obama appears on camera, in the background are nothing but white faces, usually those of attractive young women, like brain-dead cult members. Obama is doing everything he possibly can to conceal and “disappear” his Muslim/Third World heritage. Mention of his Arabic middle name, Hussein, has now been virtually banned from the tame, Obama-worshipping media. (more…)

The Left and the Jews fear nothing so much as ridicule, humor and satire. These are some of their own prime weapons in their generations-long war against normal people, but boy do they hate getting a taste of their own medicine! This is something we need to take note of.

A recent news article reports: “The Texas Republican Party is distancing itself from a vendor who sold campaign buttons at last weekend’s state convention that asked, ‘If Obama is president … will we still call it The White House?’ …The state GOP party said Wednesday that it will donate the $1,500 rent it collected from the vendor, Republicanmarket.com, to Midwestern flood victims. State GOP spokesman Hans Klingler said the party does not vet the merchandise being sold, but officials plan to discuss doing so in the future. The button sales at the convention in Houston were first reported in the Dallas Morning News. ‘This vendor need not apply to another Texas GOP state convention,’ Klingler said. ‘We will neither tolerate nor profit from bigotry.’”

So much for any remaining hope that Mr. Potato Head intends to put up an actual fight. Anything that is even remotely effective will be rejected by the hot-tempered McCain as “politically incorrect.” I bet his campaign staffers know what the officers on the Titanic felt like. McCain had been nominated as a big, dumb “palooka” who was supposed to take a dive in the first round in a prize fight with Hillary Clinton. Hillary of course got knocked out in the fifth round of the primaries by Barack Obama in a surprise upset. Obama however is not some candidate of “change” as he likes to claim. Obama was kissing butt at the AIPAC convention letting the Israeli Lobby know he’s as big a puppet as any other candidate, despite the Muslim name. (more…)

Breitbart News reports “[Sheriff Joe] Arpaio, the self-styled ‘toughest sheriff in America’ has ruled his fifedom in Arizona’s Maricopa County with a steely, zero-tolerance that has enraged human rights activists but delighted headline-writers the world over. Demonstrations and picket lines follow his sweeps of largely Hispanic neighborhoods. He’s been criticized by mayors and the governor of Arizona. On a recent Mexican holiday, one group batted around a Joe Arpaio pinata, an effigy filled with sweets that children attempt to split open with a stick.”

This is the media who claim they are not biased, but notice from the opening sentence, their coverage drips with personal hatred for this man. Maybe the sheriff spends a lot of time in Mexican neighborhoods because that’s where the criminals are. How many stolen auto “chop shops” have you noticed in the average White suburb? If someone created a Bush or McCain or Cheney pinata, you could make a good bet the Secret Service would be knocking at their door, but apparently disrespecting the local sheriff is OK in Arizona and “good fun” in Mexican neighborhoods. California Abandons Last Pretense to Human Decency

A Reuters article reports “California begins marrying gay and lesbian couples on Monday afternoon in a step likely to challenge other states where laws define marriage as only between a man and a woman. A state Supreme Court decision last month overturning a ban on gay marriage has already produced one major change: marriage licenses will no longer list bride and groom but rather Party A and Party B.”

To treat the subject of “gay marriage” like a bona fide news item is to grant it a spurious legitimacy. A dog vomiting on the sidewalk is not news, and neither is “gay marriage.” I would not dignify it with serious commentary any more than I would a Robert Mapplethorpe “art” exhibition or a John Waters movie.

We in America need to understand that there are huge segments of this country that are already lost to human decency, and which are no longer fit for civilized society. New York, Detroit and Atlanta are examples of lost civilization either in terms of law and order or morality. Now California has joined them. Parts of California have long ago been transformed into parts of Mexico. Then, there were the sick, diseased homosexual enclaves of San Francisco and West Hollywood. This perversion always appears where there is a large Jewish population. The people who fight the most energetically for “Gay Rights” have always been Jews. Homosexuality was considered a form of “mental illness” by the American Psychiatric Association until Jewish lawyers relentlessly chipped away at that ruling until they were able to overturn it and declare homosexuals “normal.” Well, calling something “normal” doesn’t make it normal or acceptable. This moral leprosy has now covered the whole state of California and a diseased body replaces a once healthy, beautiful one. (more…)

An interesting op-ed appeared the other day in Ha’aretz, the Israeli equivalent of the New York Times. I am always fascinated to observe how other countries deal with the problems which seem to us civilized Americans so insurmountable.

Ha’aretz columnist Bradley Burston is apparently a good old fashioned 1960s style limousine liberal, and he is just all upset about how Israel is dealing with illegal immigration. His article begins “Imagine, if you will, a Jewish state founded as a refuge and last resort, that one day declares the act of seeking refuge a felony. Imagine, if you can, a law that would allow the expulsion, without any judicial process, of refugees so desperate to reach that state, that they would hazard their very lives and those of their children to do so. Imagine, impossible as it may be, that a Jewish state that is home to hundreds of thousands of Holocaust survivors, could decide not only to imprison African refugees for five years, but to make those fleeing genocide in Sudan subject to prison sentences of at least seven years. Such are the outlines of a bill that has already sailed through a preliminary Knesset vote. So callous is the language of the bill, so cruel its provisions toward Africans now fleeing a host of dangers, that the Prevention of Infiltration Act of 2008 may be said to constitute a whole new form of Holocaust denial.”

The truth is the Jews are very pragmatic about their little nation. All the liberal wailings about providing sanctuary for Third Worlders, which are taken seriously in White nations, fall on deaf ears when it comes to the Israeli government. The Jews see sympathy and compassion as weaknesses and -besides- thanks to their Holocaust story, the Jews are supposed to be the eternal recipients of compassion. On May 15, the White House Moron, in a war-planning visit to Israel, justified the naked aggression he and Olmert are planning against Iran as the only alternative to “the false comfort of appeasement, which has been repeatedly discredited by history.”

But the White House Moron has the roles reversed. It is not Iran that is threatening war. It is Bush. It is not Bush who is appeasing. It is Iran.

Iran has not responded in kind to any of Bush’s warlike moves and provocations. Iran has not sunk a single one of our sitting duck ships and has not given the Iraqi insurgents any weapons that would easily turn the tide of war against the US. (more…)

According to the Washington Post, “D.C. Police Chief Cathy L. Lanier announced a military-style checkpoint yesterday to stop cars this weekend in a Northeast Washington neighborhood inundated by gun violence, saying it will help keep criminals out of the area… Starting on Saturday, officers will check drivers’ identification and ask whether they have a legitimate purpose to be in the Trinidad area, such as going to a doctor or church or visiting friends or relatives. If not, the drivers will be turned away. The Neighborhood Safety Zone Initiative is the latest crime-fighting attempt by Lanier and Mayor Adrian M. Fenty who have been under pressure from residents to stop a recent surge in violence. Last weekend was especially bloody, with seven slayings, including three in the Trinidad area. Police will search cars if they suspect the presence of guns or drugs, and will arrest people who do not cooperate, under a charge of failure to obey a police officer, officials said.”

Note the liberal term “gun violence.” Not “Black gang violence” or even “criminal violence,” but “gun violence,” as if inanimate objects made of metal can sprout legs and commit violent acts without any human assistance whatsoever. And who determines what a “legitimate purpose” is for visiting a neighborhood?

The black residents of D.C. are especially dangerous, so in one sense this is a step in the right direction. The U. S. military is using similar tactics in Iraq by sealing off certain neighborhoods and controlling entrance and exit, in essence putting all the people in those neighborhoods in jail. The Americans learned this technique from the Israelis in the West Bank and Gaza, where Israel has in effect placed an entire nation of people in prison. Apparently these extreme measures are being applied to the big city gang problem. (more…)

Bestiality on the Bench

The Los Angeles Times reports “A closely watched obscenity trial in Los Angeles federal court was suspended Wednesday after the judge acknowledged maintaining his own publicly accessible website featuring sexually explicit photos and videos…Alex Kozinski admits he posted some of the explicit content. He says he didn’t think the public could see the site, which is now blocked…. Kozinski, chief judge of the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, granted a 48-hour stay in the obscenity trial of a Hollywood adult filmmaker after the prosecutor requested time to explore ‘a potential conflict of interest concerning the court having a . . . sexually explicit website with similar material to what is on trial here.’”

Mr. Kozinski is described as a “Jewish American jurist” on his wikipedia page. (No porn images there, by the way.)

Now that’s a bit of courtroom drama I would have liked to have seen. I can imagine the prosecutor saying: “I introduce State’s Exhibits 70 through 245, which also appear on his honor’s personal web site…” Why would someone create a website if he weren’t “showing off” his collection of porn? Given all the eight giga-byte flash drives available today, you’d think Kozinski would keep all his porn in his pocket. And shouldn’t a federal judge be of sufficiently good character that he should NOT have a porn collection in the first place? (more…)

It’s happening again. This is turning into a science column. But I say again, there are scientific and technological issues that do in fact have serious political and racial relevance. We’ve been besieged with Global Warming propaganda for years now. We’ve been told countless times that man is to blame for increased CO2 production, which some scientists insist is responsible for increasing temperatures. Well, what if the global temperature suddenly dropped –before all the proposed CO2 restrictions even got started?

An article in the Seattle Times reports that “Seattle weather: Colder than Siberia (for the month of June so far)… It doesn’t seem fair, but it’s the cold, hard truth — accent on cold… even the Siberian city of Tomsk, Russia, hit the 70s last weekend. Meanwhile, shivering Seattle residents, hearing about snowplows back at work on Snoqualmie Pass this week, probably have only dim memories of …the last time the mercury crept into the 70s here… On Tuesday, state highway workers clearing away the last of 7 inches of snow on Interstate 90 could remember only two other times in the past 30 years that snowplows have been called out this late in the year.” (more…)
