Beating a Dead Horse: Hillary Can’t Win Primary

Two months ago, we were told HIllary would be finised if she couldn’t “win big” in Texas and Ohio. Well, she didn’t. She was effectively eliminated back then. The media however is pretending that she still stands a chance to keep ordinary Americans glued to their TVs.

One news article reports ”
Unless the Rev. Jeremiah Wright has caused Barack Obama more damage than is evident, it’s impossible to see how the senator can lose the popular vote, the delegate race or the Democratic nomination to Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton. Specifically, I’ve calculated the possible popular vote in eight of the nine remaining primaries (excluding Guam), giving Clinton the benefit of every doubt, and can’t see how she gains more than 150,000 votes on Obama — not enough to catch him except in the most extreme circumstances…. The RealClearPolitics.com tally of past primaries gives Obama a lead of more than 501,000, excluding results in party-disqualified Florida and Michigan.”

Just a couple weeks ago, the media acted as though Hillary’s single-digit victory in Pennsylvania would keep her in the race. If anything, it confirmed that she could NOT win the remaining primaries with the large margins she needs to overcome Obama’s lead.

Now our intelligence is being further insulted with the media frenzy about North Carolina and Indiana. Virtually all polls have predicted that Obama will win the larger state of North Carolina while Hillary has a small lead in Indiana. Once again, Obama’s lead is not seriously being threatened.
