U.C. Berkeley tenured law professor John Yoo epitomizes the failure of the conservative movement in America. Known as “the torture professor,” Yoo penned the Department of Justice (sic) memos that gave a blank check to sadistic Americans to torture detainees at Guantanamo and Abu Ghraib. The human rights violations that John Yoo sanctioned destroyed America’s reputation and exposed the Bush regime as more inhumane than the Muslim terrorists. The acts that Yoo justified are felonies under U.S. law and war crimes under the Nuremberg standard.

Yoo’s torture memos are so devoid of legal basis that his close friend and fellow conservative member of the Federalist Society, Jack Goldsmith, rescinded the memos when he was appointed head of the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel.

Yoo’s extremely shoddy legal work and the fervor with which he served the evil intentions of the Bush regime have led to calls from distinguished legal scholars for Yoo’s dismissal from Berkeley’s Boalt Hall.

I sympathize with the calls for Yoo’s dismissal. In the new edition of The Tyranny of Good Intentions, my coauthor and I write: “Liberty has no future in America if law schools provide legitimacy to those who would subvert the U.S. Constitution.”

However, John Yoo is but the tip of the iceberg. Scapegoating Yoo diverts attention from a neoconservative movement that has become the greatest enemy of the U.S. Constitution. (more…)

An article in the Asia Times reports “The George W Bush administration plans to launch an air strike against Iran within the next two months, an informed source tells Asia Times Online, echoing other reports that have surfaced in the media in the United States recently. Two key US senators briefed on the attack planned to go public with their opposition to the move, according to the source, but their projected New York Times op-ed piece has yet to appear. The source, a retired US career diplomat and former assistant secretary of state still active in the foreign affairs community, speaking anonymously, said last week that the US plans an air strike against the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC).”

As long as Bush and Cheney are still in power, there is a strong chance a war on Iran could happen. The Democrats failed to carry out the will of the American people and impeach these criminals, so they must feel like they can get away with anything. The biggest reason the Democrats have failed to impeach Bush is not cowardice or the short amount of time remaining or the fear of a failed impeachment. The biggest reason is that the Israeli Lobby wanted the war on Iraq. Therefore Bush and Cheney get a pass since they were merely lying us into a war that the Israeli Lobby approved. Well, the Israeli Lobby wants a war on Iran and we have the same president and an equally complicit Congress all set to repeat history. (more…)

Statement on H Res 1194, “Reaffirming the support of the House of Representatives for the legitimate, democratically-elected Government of Lebanon under Prime Minister Fouad Siniora.”

I rise in opposition to H. Res. 1194 because it is dangerously interventionist and will likely lead to more rather than less violence in the Middle East.

I have noticed that this legislation reads eerily similar to a key clause in the 2002 Iraq war bill, H J Res 114, which authorized the use of force.

The key resolved clause in H. Res. 1194 before us today reads:

Resolved, That the House of Representatives –

(6) urges –

(A) the United States Government and the international community to immediately take all appropriate actions to support and strengthen the legitimate Government of Lebanon under Prime Minister Fouad Siniora;

The Iraq war authorization language from 2002 is strikingly similar, as you can see here:

(a) AUTHORIZATION- The President is authorized to use the Armed Forces of the United States as he determines to be necessary and appropriate in order to –

(1) defend the national security of the United States against the continuing threat posed by Iraq;

I am concerned that this kind of similarity is intentional and will inevitably result in US military action in Lebanon, or against Syria or Iran. (more…)

Have you ever wondered how Third World countries handle their immigration control problems? We’re seeing a good example of that now in South Africa, the last remaining nation on the face of the Dark Continent with any remaining White population, and therefore the last remaining place in Africa with any kind of viable economy left.

According to an article in the Los Angeles Times “Isaac Moyo left Zimbabwe for South Africa six years ago because it was so hard to survive in his homeland. But after a mob armed with machetes and axes chopped through his door in this township Monday and chased him away, Moyo feels that he has no choice but to go back to Zimbabwe… Moyo and hundreds of Zimbabweans and other foreigners fled their homes in Alexandra, a teeming crime-ridden township, on Sunday and Monday to escape xenophobic attacks. Some hid in the nearby bush or in police compounds. ‘They were saying, Go back to Zimbabwe, we don’t want to see you here, you’re taking our jobs,’ Moyo said Tuesday. ‘They said, Go back to [Zimbabwean President Robert] Mugabe. They took everything, saying, You didn’t get this from Mugabe; this is our property… More than 100 foreigners were injured and at least one foreigner and a South African were killed during two nights of violence….the presence of Zimbabweans willing to work for as little as $6 a day has sparked resentment among poor in a nation with more than 40% unemployment.”

But wait a minute, how can this be? I thought ending the “wicked evil Apartheid system” was supposed to create a paradise on earth in South Africa? Do you mean to say things have gotten significantly worse after Whites were removed from power? (more…)

Believe it or not, there is some justice in the world, and sometimes the bad guys really do get what’s coming to them. Three Black men and their trashy White slut companion were killed in Mexico. A Reuters article reports “Four people believed to be Americans were shot in the head and dumped in a notorious drug-smuggling area in northern Mexico near the California border… Police in the beach town of Rosarito, across the border from San Diego, said they discovered the bodies of three men and a woman on Sunday in an abandoned car in a remote patch of scrubland near the Pacific coast. Police concluded the victims were U.S. citizens because the vehicle had California license plates. The men appeared to be black, the woman was white and a U.S. driver’s license was found in the car.”

Can you spell N-A-R-C-O-T-I-C-S? Sure you can! Most likely these folks joined the wrong side of the ongoing drug war, or -even worse- they tried to muscle in and bypass the existing drug smuggling operations –angering both sides. Tourists are typically shaken down for money often by police looking for bribes and increasingly by roving bandito gangs, who are making a comeback. The brutal quadruple murder suggests that a powerful drug lord’s toes were stepped on. (more…)

Despite the slow descent of the White race and Western civilization into multi-culturalism and madness, the White man is still capable of the occasional stunning scientific and technological achievement. According to Yahoo News: “A NASA spacecraft plunged into the atmosphere of mars and successfully landed in the Red Planet’s northern polar region on Sunday, where it will begin 90 days of digging in the permafrost to look for evidence of the building blocks of life.”

For all their incompetence with the space shuttle program and plunging other space probes into the Martian dust like so many meteors, there has been a rash of success with mars probes. Two Martian rovers were successfully landed four years ago. As it turns out, NASA went back to a 1975 design for entering the Martian atmosphere for the Martian rovers –designed during a time when NASA was made almost entirely of White engineers. (more…)

My name is Jessica and I’m 21 years old and I am currently the Florida Deputy Governor for White Revolution. I am married and awaiting my first child. I am a third generation Floridian. My grandfather was born in Pahokee in the 1930s and later moved to Lake Worth where he still lives with my grandmother. My father was born in the 60s in Lake Worth and I was born in the 80s in West Palm Beach.

I’ve had several generations before me call this state home as well. One of my ancestors (I believe my grandfathers uncle) was one of the team of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers who helped build the 20ft high dike on Lake Okeechobee after the great hurricane of 1928. I suppose he and his family settled in Florida. So my family has just a little over 80 years of calling Florida home.

You can say my family being around so long they’ve witnessed many changes in the State and general area since. My grandfather tells me about the good ole’ days when justice was justified and family values still meant something. I’m only 21 years old yet I’ve seen so much change in just my lifetime so far. In my lifetime I’ve seen crime rates sore, good people move away looking for a “better” place to live, Gays have made Lake Worth and schools recruiting grounds for their lifestyle, the educational system is horrible, and my people are turning to drugs, alcohol and degeneracy. What went so wrong to lead to this? Will it get better at all or will it continue to get worse?

My parents had a constant pattern of problems with the school board since my oldest brother started middle school and this pattern remained until my parents decided to pull my youngest brother (of my 4 siblings) out of school. The reason for the conflict were always related to racial conflict. Each of my siblings and my mother when she was a teen had racial problems when it come to public school. My father was more fortunate since my grandfather didn’t want his children schooling with blacks he sent them to a private school during the forced integration.

My mother recalls a lot of the race riots that occurred in Jacksonville, FL during the 70’s. She was spat on, assaulted, harassed, insulted, witnessed more violence then a teenage girl at anytime should ever endure or witness. Anyway my purpose in sharing these personal things is to say that given our values, beliefs, racial background the place many generations have called home will become a hostile environment for us and future generations. I will show other Whites living in Palm Beach County who read this why I hold a concern for my home and my people’s presence in the areas. I will do this with demographics and reason and detailing some experiences which aren’t unique to what my family had to go through, but what other parents in our local area also said they have faced. Jewish kosher slaughterers invaded a quiet, peaceful Iowa town, imported hundreds of illegal aliens, tortured cattle and polluted the local environment. And some wonder why the Jewish people are not loved?

According to the Des Moines Register, “The Postville meat processing plant raided by immigration agents this week has a long history of environmental violations…Mike Wade, a Manchester-based state environmental inspector, said Agriprocessors Inc.’s kosher plant has contributed to a range of environmental law violations. ‘We have drawers full of records on them,’ he said… Most notable was a fight over what environmentalists contended were excessive discharges of chloride, a salt, to the city of Postville treatment plant. That facility in turn discharges into a tributary of the Yellow River, a trout stream. Chloride is toxic to aquatic life. The plant uses a lot of salt to extract blood from meat. The plant also has been cited for illegal open burning and improper land application of wastes, Wade said. ‘They were burning pallets and all sorts of stuff,’ he said. ‘They were developing a junk yard.’”

This famous kosher meat processing facility is run by Orthodox Jews from New York, complete with the sidelocks and the funny little fur hats. No doubt they were trying to bring a little bit of Brooklyn with them to their new home in cornhusker country. (more…)

What is it with the Jews? They just can’t seem to get along with anybody, including their traditional allies the blacks. Jews have been using the blacks as stalking horses in their battle against White America for almost a century, and yet they still can’t bring themselves to stop victimizing them and stop looking down their hooked noses at them. Considering the blacks’ propensity for sudden and mindless violence, that’s not very smart, but then Jews have never been anywhere near as smart as they’re thought to be.

A CBS news article reports “Police are mobilizing a massive presence in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn in the wake of increased tension between African American and Jewish communities. Leaders from both communities have come together recently to preach cooperation among residents of the neighborhood where African Americans and Hasidic Jews live side by side. But recent violence has showed that religion and race don’t always mix. ‘I definitely feel [like there’s unrest] because I see it everyday. I’m around here a lot and that’s what I’m hearing,’ said Crown Heights resident Anthony Rios.”

Of course, what with Barack Obama’s pastor Reverend Jeremiah Wright making some unkind remarks about the Jews and Israel (before he was apparently shipped off to the North Pole to preach to Santa’s elves) I can see why the Jews might be a little nervous about their black neighbors. (more…)

High cost of gas pushing America backwards.

It looks like we just took another step toward the Third World. The Associated Press reports “High gas prices have driven a Warren County farmer and his sons to hitch a tractor rake to a pair of mules to gather hay from their fields. T.R. Raymond bought Dolly and Molly at the Dixon mule sale last year. Son Danny Raymond trained them and also modified the tractor rake so the mules could pull it.”

This was actually a fairly common occurrence in parts of Africa and other Third World ex-colonies after the European powers pulled out. It seems most Third World people couldn’t keep their infrastructure going or pay their bills for fuel, plus maintenance on tractor engines and cars, and so they reverted to horses and oxen for transportation and agriculture. In some parts of Africa, they couldn’t even maintain farms with horses and oxen. Zimbabwe has had no fuel and a serious food shortage for months now.

The AP article continues “T.R. Raymond says the mules are slower than a petroleum-powered tractor, but there are benefits. ‘This fuel’s so high, you can’t afford it,’ he said. ‘We can feed these mules cheaper than we can buy fuel. That’s the truth.’” (more…)
