John Edwards: $1,250 for a Haircut

John Edwards

Most Americans were shocked when it was revealed several weeks ago that John Edwards had a $400 haircut. Now, the Washington Post reports that John Edwards, has recently spent $1,250 on a haircut. Edwards is moaning and whining because the media dared to mention same. A Washington Post article reports “Democratic presidential candidate John Edwards defended himself against criticism that his expensive haircuts and lucrative income from a hedge fund undercut his campaign’s effort to highlight the issue of poverty in America. In an interview for the washingtonpost.com news program PostTalk Edwards said his life and career demonstrate the sincerity of his commitment to the plight of low-income Americans and continued willingness to push the issue forward during the 2008 presidential campaign.”

The liberal media seems to like Edwards for some reason. In any case, he’s getting a really easy ride. Be interesting to see how they treat him later on when the campaign heats up, if he starts posing an actual threat to either Hillary or the wildcard Democrat candidate Barack Obama. (more…)

The Hillary Threat Looms Larger

Hillary Clinton

Remember the good old days, before Dubya and his neocon cabal got into the White House and tried to conquer the world? Remember those stirring days of yesteryear when conservatives, racialists, right-wingers and Klansmen and Christians were all united against a common enemy, Bill and Hill? Well, those days are coming again. An Old Fighter in the anti-Clinton Crusade has appeared once more on the scene, and we’re going party like it’s 1995. Heigh-o, Silver!

Matt Drudge informs us: “Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, announced today that it filed a lawsuit on July 16, 2007 in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia against the U.S. National Archives and Records Administration to obtain access to the following records from the Clinton Presidential Library: ‘First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton’s calendar, to include but not limited to her daily office diary, schedule, day planner, telephone log book, and chronological file.’ The Archives, which operates and maintains Clinton Presidential Library records, failed to respond to Judicial Watch’s April 5, 2006 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. ‘Judicial Watch has a clear statutory right to have the Library search for and produce all non-exempt records responsive to its April 5, 2006 FOIA request within the time frame required by the [law]. The Library also is required to produce an index of any responsive records it seeks to withhold from Judicial Watch under the claim of exemption,’ Judicial Watch wrote in its court filing. ‘Although more than 15 months have passed since Judicial Watch served its request, the Library has failed to do either.’” (more…)

Update on Ramos and Compean 7/19/07

by James Buchanan

Bush and Best Friend

The John and Ken show reported that corrupt prosecutor Johnny Sutton (who hid key evidence beneficial to the defense of Border Patrol agents Ramos and Compean) was grilled by the Senate. Senator Dianne Feinstein was surprisingly harsh toward Sutton and sympathetic toward the Border Patrol agents. (She was probably trying to rehabilitate her reputation after getting hundreds of thousands of angry calls over the Amnesty Bill.)

Border Patrol agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean were railroaded into prison by Bush appointee Johnny Sutton. Key evidence was illegally suppressed and the Border Patrol agents got ten years on trumped up charges.

What exactly did these agents do that merited a ten year sentence? They fired in self defense after spotting a gun in the hand of a drug smuggler, who had a one million dollar load of drugs. The drug smuggler Osvaldo Davila escaped across the border and agents Ramos and Compean did not want to fill out the reams of paperwork required for firing their guns when it wasn’t clear they had even hit anyone. Israeli Complains of “Gas Chamber” at US Airport

Harmless Old White Man Being Harassed by Airport Security

An Israeli has tried to use her status as a descendant of “Holocaust survivors” as an excuse to get out of all those incredibly annoying and ultimately futile airport security checks and get taken to the head of the line without having to wait like us ordinary mortals.

A Ynetnews article reports: “An Israeli doctor who underwent tight security checks at San Francisco International claims that she was humiliated only because of her nationality. The US airport security check left Dr Dorit Zilberman distraught. ‘My family perished in Europe’s gas chambers, I never thought 65 years later I would be marked, isolated, and put in a gas chamber.’” Hmm. I was unaware that US airport security was gassing Jews.

Dr Zilberman is described in the article as “a senior urologist at the Chaim Sheba Medical Center at Tel Hashomer… Dr. Zilberman, who was visiting the United States for the first time for a professional conference, claimed that airport security officials led her to what she called a sort of gas chamber, where she was sprayed with a strong current of air for two minutes, which caused her great pain.” (more…)

Will Mayor of Charlotte Grovel to Blacks?

by Jeff Davis

Pat McCrory

Everytime a celebrity or politician makes any kind of comment about Blacks, he runs the risk of being subjected to a barrage of accusations from the likes of Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton. Even a comment intended to be neutral or even positive can be re-interpreted by likes of Sharpton so that he can grab another 15 minutes of fame at the expense of a White man’s career. Traditionally unflattering remarks about Africans are followed by a long process groveling. Don Imus made the mistake of criticizing himself for pointing out how ugly one Black women’s basketball team was, opening the door for others to pile on, which they did. Now one politician in North Carolina has chosen the path of NOT apologizing for politically incorrect remarks. It will be interesting to see if he can get away with it.

Newsday reports that “The mayor [of Charlotte, N.C] said he stands by his comments that black youth are imitating gangsters, despite a call from the local NAACP to apologize. Mayor Pat McCrory, who is white, said he was accurate when he wrote that ‘too many of our youth, primarily African American, are imitating and/or participating in a gangster type of dress, attitude, behavior and action.’ His remarks came in a July 5 letter to the city manager in which McCrory congratulated police for their presence the night before, when 169 people — mostly black — were arrested.” (more…)

Another Horrible Crime by an Illegal Alien

Border Security Under George Bush

If I wanted to, I could fill this column day after day with nothing but one long, endless series of stories on terrible crimes committed by blacks and by illegal aliens. In fact, there is a web site that does just that called: newnation.org I try not to become obsessed with minority crime because the subject seems to be without end. There is always more, and nothing is ever done about it beyond locking the offenders up with their home boys and letting them watch cable TV for a few years, while bulking up lifting weights so they are even more of a threat when they get out.

There are still occasionally acts which are so ghastly and revolting that they require a mention. The Northwest [Illinois] Herald reports that “A Harvard man who snatched a physically disabled girl from her wheelchair and raped her – and then allegedly threatened to kill her and her family if she told – was sentenced to 28 years in prison Friday.” (more…)

Why Aren’t More Americans Suspicious About 911?

by James Buchanan

An increasing number of Americans doubt

A sizeable percentage of Americans are suspicious that the 911 attack did not occur exactly as advertised. One source notes that “In August 2004, a Zogby International poll indicated that 49.3% of New York City residents and 41% of New York citizens ‘overall’ say U.S. leaders ‘knew in advance that attacks were planned on or around September 11, 2001, and that they consciously failed to act’ ”

There’s a good explanation why only a minority of people knows the truth. Most people when they’re young spend their all their time with mindless pursuits. Then they get married and have children and they have almost no time for looking at political events in detail.

Politically aware people need a combination of intelligence, an interest in politics and most important of all –fearlessness. The biggest obstacle to learning the truth in politics is cowardice, a desire to be part of the herd, the “accepted” crowd who believe only “acceptable” beliefs. (more…)

Bush Pressured Prosecutor to Railroad Border Patrol Agents

Free Ramos and Compean

by Charles Coughlin

Most Americans have probably never heard of Border Patrol agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean. We know that the federal government doesn’t give the Border Patrol what it needs. We know that the Feds failed to build the Border Fence, which Americans demanded and Congress approved before the 2006 election. We know that millions of illegals are allowed to run loose in our society with no real threat of deportation. But most of us didn’t know just how vicious our own government could be toward Border Patrol agents, who tried to enforce the law.

An article about the Ramos and Compean case notes “BE A BORDER Patrol agent: Do your job, go to prison. That’s how the job must look to agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Alonso Compean. In February 2005, the agents tried to stop a van driven by drug smuggler Osvaldo Aldrete-Davila near the Mexico border. After a scuffle with Compean, Aldrete-Davila fled on foot. Ramos says he saw a gun — which the smuggler denies. Both agents fired at Aldrete-Davila, who fell, but continued his escape across the border. After he got away, Ramos and Compean filed a report on the 743 pounds of marijuana they found in the van, but not on the gunfire. As it turns out, Ramos had shot Aldrete-Davila in the butt. A Homeland Security agent heard about the episode, went to Mexico and offered Aldrete-Davila immunity, if he testified against Ramos and Compean. U.S. Attorney Johnny Sutton, a Bush appointee, prosecuted the agents…” (more…)

WorldNetDaily Smears Yasser Arafat

Yasser Arafat

The Jerusalem office of WorldNetDaily has “bravely” smeared Yasser Arafat accusing him of having died of AIDS and worse. I won’t even list the url for this article since it’s the worst piece of Jewish deceit I’ve seen in a long time.

The WND article by Aaron Klein which came out of the Jerusalem office of WorldNetDaily couldn’t possibly be ZIONIST PROPAGANDA, could it?

Yasser Arafat was killed by a mystery poison by Israeli assassins. David Duke was almost killed by a very exotic poison most likely served up on an El Al Flight after Duke took a trip to Palestine. That’s how the Zionists like to kill high profile enemies –discreetly. (more…)

Florida Sheriff Targets Illegals

by Jeff Davis

Bush and Best Friend

Now that the Senate Amnesty Bill is dead, some local authorities feel free to enforce this country’s existing immigration laws. A recent news article reports “The sheriff’s department (for) Panama City, Florida has developed a remarkably effective - and controversial - way of catching illegal immigrants: Deputies in patrol cars pull up to a construction site in force, and watch and see who runs. Those who take off are chased down and arrested on charges such as trespassing, for cutting through someone else’s property, or loitering, for hiding out in someone’s yard, or reckless driving, for speeding off in a car. U.S. immigration authorities are then given the names of those believed to be in this country illegally.”

A simple yet effective technique which can be adapted and used in any community.

The same article continues “‘It’s not wrong for them to run, but it’s not wrong for us to chase them either,’ said Sheriff Frank McKeithen, who created his Illegal Alien Task Force in April to target construction sites in this Florida Panhandle county….Immigrant advocates say the technique is repugnant, and the ACLU says its constitutionality is questionable.” Of course they do. Any attempt to enforce immigration laws is “repugnant” to the far left ACLU. (more…)
