With Friends Like These…

by Rep. Ron Paul

Typical bad ally: Ahmed Chalabi

Hundreds of thousands of American troops already occupy Afghanistan and Iraq, a number that is rising as the military surge moves forward. The justification, given endlessly since Sept. 11, is that both countries support terrorism and thus pose a risk to the United States. Yet when we step back and examine the region as a whole, it’s obvious that these two impoverished countries, neither of which has any real military, pose very little threat to American national security when compared to other Middle Eastern nations. The decision to attack them, while treating some of region’s worst regimes as allies, shows the deadly hypocrisy of our foreign policy in the Middle East.

Consider Saudi Arabia, the native home of most of the Sept. 11 hijackers. The Saudis, unlike the Iraqis, have proven connections to al-Qaeda. Saudi charities have funneled money to Islamic terrorist groups. Yet the administration insists on calling Saudi Arabia a “good partner in the war on terror.” Why? Because the U.S. has a long-standing relationship with the Saudi royal family, and a long history of commercial interests relating to Saudi oil. So successive administrations continue to treat the Saudis as something they are not: a reliable and honest friend in the Middle East. (more…)

Hollywood Produces Another Anti-Christian “Documentary”

by Ian Mosley

Fagin the Jew

When Mel Gibson made the first Biblically accurate movie about Christ in decades, he became the target of a tirade of vilification. The strong Hollywood/Jewish prejudice against movies about Christ was never the subject of editorials in the mainstream press. Instead, Gibson was blamed for stirring up trouble. The Jewish establishment was even further outraged by the fact that Gibson made a rather large fortune off “The Passion of the Christ.”

In contrast, the Jews of Hollywood are famously silent whenever a new movie or documentary comes out that casts aspersions on Jesus Christ. They are silent because they invariably have a hand in producing these propaganda movies and they secretly support such anti-Christan propaganda. Just prior to last Christmas, at least one cable documentary was played over and over, in which an arrogant atheistic narration dismissed any notion of divinity on the part of Christ. No one in Hollywood condemned that little piece of blasphemy or even it’s timing during the week before Christmas.

There appears to be limitless money in Hollywood and the cable TV industry for blasphemous pseudo-documentaries attacking Christ written from the perspective of an arrogant liberal atheist or a cynical Marxist Jew. Hollywood would rather lose money making insulting anti-Christian propaganda films rather than support someone like Mel Gibson make a profitable, successful and accurate movie about Christ. (more…)

Fear Stupid Acts

by Charley Reese

For crying out loud, impeach him already!!

I hope President George Bush will not be so stupid as to allow the Israelis to push him into an attack on Iran. Based on his past performance, however, I’m not sure what he will do.

Washington today is so riddled with intellectual dishonesty, you have to take what officials say with a large dose of salt. The statement “We have no plans to attack Iran” can mean nothing more than we haven’t made that decision yet or we don’t have plans to attack this week, but we do intend to attack by April.

The Pentagon, by the way, probably has had contingency plans for an attack for who knows how long. That’s part of its job. It probably has contingency plans to attack a lot of countries. The point is that the military plans, but the decisions are made by politicians.

If we do attempt to bomb Iran’s nuclear facilities, it should provide a good test of Russia’s air defense system, a version of which the Russians have sold and installed in Iran. It will be interesting to see how well it works – though not, of course, for our pilots.

Given the enormous trouble Iraq and Afghanistan are giving us, it seems to me that it would be moronic to add an enemy of 70 million people to our list of unresolved military conflicts. An attack by America will, of course, cut the feet off of all Iranian reformers. Under attack, Iranians will rally around their leaders, just as human beings have been doing for centuries. (more…)

Vet in his 70s Kills Costa Rican Mugger

by James Buchanan

Costa Rica 2

A recent news article reports “An American tourist who watched as a U.S. military veteran in his 70s used his bare hands to kill an armed assailant in Costa Rica said she thought the attempted robbery was a joke - until the masked attacker held a gun to her head. ‘I thought it was a skit. But then he pointed the gun at my head and grabbed me by the throat and I thought I was going to die’ Clova Adams, 54, told The Associated Press by telephone Friday from the Carnival Liberty cruise ship… Adams was with 12 American tourists who hired a driver to explore Costa Rica for a few hours. They were climbing out of the van to visit a Caribbean beach when three masked men ran toward them, she said. One held a gun to her head, while the other two pulled out knives. Suddenly, one of the tourists, a U.S. military veteran trained in self defense, jumped out of the van and put the gunman in a headlock… the American, whom he refused to identify, struggled with the robber, breaking his collarbone and eventually killing him.”

While it’s refreshing to hear that the bad guys lost this time, thousands of other swarthy natives will step forward to take the place of the deceased mugger. Americans are forced to disarm themselves each time they get on an airplane, and most Third World nations have severe gun control laws (which failed to stop the mugger from obtaining a gun). At least here in the US, most states now allow gun carry laws so that an old man in his 70s doesn’t have to overpower a young thug with his bare hands.

For every story like this one, there are probably thousands of tourists, who were forced to hand over cameras, cash and jewelry to a swarthy mugger with a gun or knife. While many Third World nations have beautiful beaches, the population is far from beautiful. Almost every nation in Central America has a population of primitive Indian tribes mixed with Black ex-slaves.Third World nations are not safe for elderly pensioners on a cruise or young White women on a student break. They will encounter the same criminal class that exists in the big cities of America. At least here at home, they know where the bad neighborhoods are. (more…)

Neocons Claim Iran Can Build a Nuke in a Year

by Charles Coughlin

Could old Dick be spreading lies again?

Before wading into the latest neocon propaganda cesspool, consider a recent article in the British press, which reports “Iran’s efforts to produce highly enriched uranium, the material used to make nuclear bombs, are in chaos and the country is still years from mastering the required technology. Iran’s uranium enrichment programme has been plagued by constant technical problems, lack of access to outside technology and knowhow, and a failure to master the complex production-engineering processes involved. The country denies developing weapons, saying its pursuit of uranium enrichment is for energy purposes… (Iran announced plans to build 3,000 centrifuges) many experts are extremely doubtful that Iran has yet mastered the skills to install and run it. Instead, they argue, the ‘installation’ will more probably be about propaganda than reality… A key case in point is that Tehran originally procured the extremely high-quality bearings required for the centrifuges’ carbon-fibre ‘top rotors’ - spinning dishes within the machines - from foreign companies in Malaysia. With that source closed down two years ago, Iran is making the bearings itself with only limited success. It is the repeated failure of these crucial bearings, say some sources, that has been one of the programme’s biggest setbacks.”

So, according to a detailed article from the British press, Iran’s attempts just to make fuel for their reactors are in chaos. Their plan to build 3,000 centrifuges –just for fuel production– could take years. Despite this reality, the neocons are claiming that Iran already has 3,000 centrifuges and that they are just one year from building an A-bomb, which is the sort of colossal fabrication we have come to expect. Desperate Military Recruits Addicts and Criminals

Iraq War 2

The Greek General Pyrrhus fought against the Romans. Pyrrhus actually managed to defeat the legions in several pitched battles, but at a prohibitive cost in casualties. After one battle in which his army was almost wiped out, one of Pyrrhus’s officers congratulated him on his great victory. The king replied “One more such victory and all is lost.” Hence the term “Pyrrhic victory.”

If the Iraq war is turned around and the U.S. “wins” (whatever that means) then it will be a Pyrrhic victory at best, because the Iraq war has virtually destroyed the all-volunteer professional army that took shape after Vietnam and has served the country for over thirty years.

A Yahoo News article reports that “The Army and Marine Corps are letting in more recruits with criminal records, including some with felony convictions, reflecting the increased pressure of five years of war and its mounting casualties. According to data compiled by the Defense Department, the number of Army and Marine recruits needing waivers for felonies and serious misdemeanors, including minor drug offenses, has grown since 2003. The Army granted more than double the number of waivers for felonies and misdemeanors in 2006 than it did in 2003. Some recruits may get more than one waiver,” (i.e. for multiple crimes.) The news article doesn’t get into the predominant race of the soldiers involved in these waivers–but do we really need to ask? And do we really need to be trusting our national defense to criminals and illegal Third World aliens? (more…)

He has just been sentenced to 5 years in prison for simply speaking a dissenting opinion about an historical event. . . .

Subject: CALL THE GERMAN EMBASSY! 202-298-4233
Date: Mon, 19 Feb 2007 11:34:45 -0500

To all:

This is really, really important! I just had word that, apparently, people are calling the German Embassy, complaining angrily about what has happened to Ernst! I have been told they are “really shook up!”

Please do me a favor - and CALL! The person to ask for is Mr. Kruger. His direct line is 202-298-4233.

If Mr. Kruger is not available, ask for Jose Schulz. I have been told that Mr. Schulz is quite rude - so don’t let yourself be intimidated.

Please be polite and to the point. It does not help to be abusive - we are civilized, classy people.

Please just protest the illegal RENDITION, incarceration and conviction of Ernst Zundel - without allowing him a defense.

Please call. If the phone is busy, try again! I would appreciate calls from all over the world!

Thank you so much in advance.

Verdict in the Zundel Case: 5 Years for “Holocaust Denial”

By Ingrid Rimland Zundel
February 16th, 2007

Ernst Zundel Political Prisoner

Update on the Zundel Saga:

Yesterday at 7:00am I received word from Ernst’s son, Pierre, that a verdict had been pronounced - and that Ernst has been sentenced to the maximum penalty for “Holocaust Denial” - five years.

That’s what you get in Zionist-infested Germany these days for speaking the truth as you know it and have researched and documented it.

The likewise Zionist-controlled media world-wide has been poisonous, but as a friend from Spain, having monitored the news, reported to me, and here I paraphrase from memory: “Things are being said between the lines that were never permitted to be uttered before.”

An example below from today’s taz, (Die Tageszeitung) in an article by Klaus-Peter Klingelschmitt):

“In the end, the judge rejected all attempts by the defense attorneys to enter facts into evidence with the lapidaren/ set-in-stone argument that it is of no significance whether or not the Holocaust happened - denying it is forbidden in Germany. (!)

Just as Ernst said in a recent letter to me, ‘even if I walked on water, it would not have made any difference.”

So there you have it!

I have been told that Ernst, in his summary statement, asked for an international investigative team to settle the truth about Auschwitz once and for all. “Judge Nein”, of course, rejected it - as he has rejected all attempts to offer expert witnesses as well as documented, scientific proof of what revisionists have calmly argued for decades.

I am waiting for a written report about this last hearing, but I have been told by an observer that he overheard one of the attorneys comment that never in his decades of practice has he experienced such uncontrolled virulence not only against the defendant but against the attorneys and even the audience. I have also been informed that Defense Attorney Rieger himself will be charged with “Holocaust Denial.” (I believe that Sylvia Stolz has already been charged, although I am not sure of the specifics.) Another Duke University Rape Story

Only this one’s for real

by Ian Mosley

Corrupt, anti-white DA Mike Nifong

For those unfamiliar with the Duke Lacrosse Team Rape Trial, here’s a brief summary from one Internet source: “On March 13, 2006 members of the Duke University lacrosse team held a party at an off-campus house and hired two strippers to perform, specifically requesting that they be white or Hispanic. When neither of the two dancers who showed up were white, they apparently became the target of racial slurs by some of the players. One of the dancers later claimed she was raped in a bathroom by three of the team members.”

As it turned out, all the other eyewitnesses at that party –including the second stripper– testified that no rape had taken place at the party. The second stripper only left the sight of the accusing stripper for a couple of minutes during the party and nothing unusual was evident when she returned. The rape accusation was nothing more than a vindictive slander against three members of the Duke Lacrosse team in retaliation for alleged ethnic slurs. A competent district attorney would have dropped this case after the most preliminary investigation. Unfortunately, a grossly incompetent and politically motivated liberal district attorney named Michael Nifong insisted on prosecuting three innocent white college students based on the word of a black stripper –with no supporting DNA evidence. After months and months of pointless hounding, the case against the Duke Lacrosse players completely fell apart, but not after putting those boys through hell as a political hack tried to send them to prison.

Now a new rape case has arisen at Duke University, only this one’s for real. Why isn’t District Attorney Mike Nifong jumping in front of the media cameras publicizing this case??? The campus newspaper, the Duke Chronicle, reports that a white female Duke student was raped at an “African American” fraternity house: “The [virtually all black] Durham Police Department is continuing to investigate allegations that a female Duke student was sexually assaulted at an off-campus party early Sunday. According to police reports released Monday, the 18-year-old woman reported forcible rape that took place at 3 a.m. at 405 Gattis St., where a party was hosted by some members of [black] Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. The alleged victim ‘is doing as well as can be expected,’ Dean of Students Sue Wasiolek said. University officials said Monday that they had met with members of the fraternity after the report was filed by the alleged victim, who Wasiolek confirmed is white.” (more…)

Peter Pan Poison Problem

Peter Pan

by Jeff Davis

First it was spinach, then scallions, then lettuce. Now it’s peanut butter that’s poisoning people. The American food industry is turning into a weapon of mass destruction. A Reuters article reports “The FDA had said on Wednesday that certain batches of Peter Pan peanut butter may contain salmonella and that all had a product code on the lid of the jar beginning with 2111….More than 290 people from 39 states have become ill in the food poisoning outbreak, and 46 have been hospitalized, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported. ConAgra Foods Inc., which makes Peter Pan, said earlier it was checking the source of the contamination, which may have also affected the Great Value label peanut butter it makes for retailer Wal-Mart. The FDA said the suspect Great Value peanut butter also could be identified by the 2111 code.”

Ordinarily, processed food such as peanut butter has a number of routine health and sanitizing procedures, pasteurization and that kind of thing, built into the manufacturing techniques. These include radiating degradable food products to sterilizing the containers. Apparently something or someone slipped up somewhere along the line. “The CDC has identified the strain of bacteria as Salmonella Tennessee, one of many strains of salmonella bacteria. They can cause nausea, diarrhea and other ill effects, but usually the sickness clears up on its own in less than a week.”

Now, let’s think about this. How do you poison PEANUT BUTTER, of all things? Bacteria grow in unsanitary and unsterilized conditions. I can see how that can happen in an agricultural setting. You have stuff growing in the dirt, probably fertilized with manure that may contain bacteria. We have all driven by farms sometimes with just one outhouse for all the fruit pickers. Often the scallions or lettuce is being picked and packed and handled and pawed over by illegal aliens from the jungles of central America rife with diseases we’ve never heard of. Produce is organic plant material, as such subject to decay and therefore hosting microorganisms. The spinach and lettuce outbreaks shouldn’t have happened and wouldn’t have happened in a sane country run by sane people motivated by something other than the Almighty Dollar, but at least it’s clear how it could have happened.
