The lawsuits against Barack Obama, challenging his citizenship and eligibility to be president, are still out there. The Supreme Court will be reviewing two of these prior to Inauguration Day on January 20th. One legal pundit thinks that the Supreme Court may be waiting until Obama’s electoral vote is made official on January 8th so that the issue of “legal standing” will be resolved. One federal judge dismissed Philip Berg’s lawsuit months ago on the “legal standing” issue. The next dates for the Supreme Court to consider legal challenges are Jan. 9th and Jan. 16th. Could Obama be disqualified literally at the last minute??

A WorldNetDaily article notes “A second conference has been posted on the docket for the U.S. Supreme Court over the issue of Barack Obama’s eligibility to occupy the White House, this one scheduled a week after Congress is to review the Electoral College vote tabulation. The latest issue posted is a request for an injunction on the election results… that is docketed for a similar conference among the justices on Jan. 9. Berg’s original case raises questions about Obama’s eligibility and his injunction request first was filed early in December. It was submitted to and rejected by two different justices before it came before Justice Antonin Scalia on Dec. 18. Then just before Christmas the docket was updated to reflect that the motion had been ‘distributed for conference of January 16, 2009.’ ”

Berg is quoted in the article as saying “Obama knows he is not ‘natural born’ as he knows where he was born and he knows he was adopted in Indonesia; Obama is an attorney, Harvard Law grad who taught Constitutional law; Obama knows his candidacy is the largest ‘hoax’ attempted on the citizens of the United States in over 200 years; Obama places our Constitution in a ‘crisis’ situation; and Obama is in a situation where he can be blackmailed by leaders around the world who know Obama is not qualified…”

The liberal media has been acting like Obama was the president even before he was elected. The thought that Obama might not legally be eligible for liberals is like the thought of losing the entire Bill of Rights for a consevative. The possibility that Obama might have been born in Kenya or might have been an Indonesian citizen with an Indonesian passport would literally be mind-blowing for liberals. As far as they are concerned electing a mulatto to be president of the United States is the most wonderful thing ever regardless of the fact that Obama is hugely unqualified in terms of practical experience and a Marxist at heart. The censorship of the Obama Citizenship scandal is nearly universal for the mainstream media.

WorldNetDaily has done a good job covering this story. The tabloid “The Globe” did a surprisingly good article mentioning many of the most important points about Obama’s birth and Indonesian citizenship. Even late night radio host, George Noori did a good job interviewing Philip Berg about his lawsuit. Berg’s website had over 93 million “hits” just before Election Day and his website ObamaCrimes.com continues to get a huge audience.

A recent Internet article notes “…As I’ve mentioned in a previous post, if the Justices wanted to dismiss Berg’s writ of certiorari they could have but they deliberately chose to discuss it 24 hours after congress officially counts the Electoral College’s votes; reason being Berg’s issue of standing will now be valid! Once Obama official wins the national vote (via the counting of Electoral College’s votes), Berg’s issue of harm being done to him by Obama now becomes legally valid it is no longer theoretical; thus Berg does have legal standing!”

I sure hope he’s right. I don’t think the “standing” issue in challenging Obama’s citizenship was ever a real argument. Just an excuse some liberal federal judges have used to try to sweep aside all the challenges to Obama becoming president. There will continue to be more legal challenges and appeals regarding the Obama presidency for the next four years if the Supreme Court doesn’t do a proper job of reviewing Obama’s citizenship now.

The citizenship scandal is a Pandora’s Box. Once the Supreme Court opens it up, it will release scores of embarrassing facts. They’ll find more and more disturbing evidence that Obama NEVER had legal US citizenship and that his mother just kept sneaking him into the US after first being born in Kenya and then becoming an Indonesian –complete with an Indonesian passport.

There have already been dozens of lawsuits challenging Obama with no end in sight. Right Wing and libertarian lawyers (as well as the liberal Berg) will keep challenging this case until something is done. If people think it’s gotten too much attention so far, they ain’t seen nothing yet.
