White Civil Rights : The Website for Europeans and Americans Wherever They May Live

Detroit has a problem. There are still some White children left in the suburbs, and horror of horrors, many of them seem to have White teachers! How can this be in Obama’s America? Obviously, something has to be done.

Detroit at the height of the auto industry had a population of two million people. A large number of Blacks came up from the South to work in Detroit. The Blacks repaid Detroit’s colorblind generosity by creating an unsightly Black ghetto, which grew larger and larger.

Entire auto factories were abandoned as they became surrounded by dangerous Black neighborhoods. Eventually the remaining Whites fled Detroit. The population of Detroit fell to 900,000. For a number of years on Halloween night, the Blacks would set hundreds of fires, destroying what little civilization remained. Today, a number of areas have been so badly destroyed, the houses have been bulldozed and the areas are returning to the wild with coyotes and even bears being spotted in the city. One website has documented the destruction of a once great city.

The Detroit News reports: “Efforts by one of Metro Detroit’s largest suburban school districts to recruit more minority teachers and administrators have renewed debate over the use of race in hiring decisions. A recent directive in the Plymouth-Canton Community Schools urges administrators to scan resumes for ‘cues’ (did the idiots mean ‘clues?’) that applicants are from a minority racial group. Tip-offs can include job-seekers’ residence, college attendance, fraternity or church membership and employment history.”

Liberals seem intent on committing reverse discrimination no matter what.

Nearly a quarter of Plymouth-Canton’s nearly 19,000 students are minorities, compared with less than 3 percent of its educational staff. (Meaning that 75% of the students are White, which by Detroit standards makes this district positively alabaster.) District officials say they want to close that gap while hiring the most-qualified candidates.”

Well, first they need to make up their minds if they want the most-qualified teachers or Black teachers because they can’t do both.

The article notes “‘We’re a good district, but this will help us look closer at ourselves,” said Superintendent Craig Fiegel. ‘We know we’ve needed to do it, but we’re now making a conscious effort to change… and are talking about being more diverse in areas where we haven’t been diverse.’ ”

“Feigel” is likely a Jewish name.

The Detroit News continues: “That approach has some supporters, but opponents argue it discriminates against whites by favoring blacks and other racial minorities. ‘I would remind them that Michigan voters, in 2006, passed an initiative that makes it unconstitutional to use skin color when making hiring decisions within the realm of public education,’ said Jennifer Gratz, who challenged affirmative action laws after she was rejected for admission to the University of Michigan.”

So liberals and Jews simply ignore the law and look for “cues,” or possibly even “clues,” that an applicant is a Negro.

So, let me get this straight. This school district with almost three quarters White students will only get non-White teachers hired from now on.

The next step obviously, will be to bus more Negroes in from the inner city and ship White children off into ghetto hell, so that the racial mix of the student body can match the proportions of the newly hired staff, who were hired on the basis of a clear disregard for a law that was meant to prohibit this very kind of revolting liberal behavior.
