White Civil Rights : The Website for Europeans and Americans Wherever They May Live

Men are biggest victims of the current economic bad times.

The Obama Depression is disproportionately victimizing White males. This is now becoming so statistically obvious that even the Left is being forced to take notice and ponder the implications.

The normally liberal Huffington Post reports “One in five working-age American men does not have a job, according to the latest federal employment numbers, an all-time high that illustrates the extraordinary toll this recession has taken on male-dominated professions in particular. Men are more likely to work in sectors like manufacturing and construction that are more sensitive to economic downturns. But this downturn has been particularly brutal on those industries, leading some observers to call it a ‘mancession.’ Only 80.3 percent of men age 25-54 had jobs in December — the lowest since the Bureau of Labor Statistics started collecting that data in 1948 — at which point the figure was 94.4 percent. When the recession began in December 2007, less than 13 percent of men in this age bracket were out of work.”

13 per cent may sound like a lot, and it was. This came about as a result of years of economic betrayal in the form of outsourcing American manufacturing jobs that our politicians did nothing to stop. Then the housing bubble burst. Combine that with the burden caused by millions of illegal aliens and you’ve got a Depression.

The Huffington Post goes on: “The percentage of women age 25-54 who have work is also down, but not as dramatically. Some 69.1 percent of those women are employed, about the same as in 1998. Women dominate in fields such as education, health services and government The health industry and government payrolls are booming, and are expected to continue growing, thanks to an aging population and recently-enacted stimulus programs to boost the economy, respectively. The official unemployment rate, which doesn’t include people who are underemployed or who have given up looking for work, remained at 10 percent. According to the BLS, employers nationwide shed an additional 85,000 jobs in December.”

The ten percent unemployment rate is of course a load of garbage. More accurate estimates of the real unemployment rate put it at 17 to 22 percent. Also, a loss of jobs in December is a sure sign of a bad economy. Traditionally Christmas is a time of economic upturn due to part-time holiday hiring that didn’t materialize this year.

Bear in mind that these government figures refer almost entirely to White people. The majority of “working age” black males don’t show up in the statistics at all, because about a good percentage of black males under 45 are in prison, and many of the rest are either “parked” in Head Start or similar programs intended to give them a check as a bribe not to riot and also to massage the labor stats and conceal the true depth of this country’s unemployment problem. A significant percentage of young black men sell drugs for a living and don’t forget the gang banger, pimp and ho professions. Many black males are in the “don’t want a job and not looking” category, and are not actually on the books or on the radar anywhere since no one even really knows if they exist or where they are. American censuses for the past 50 years have grossly underreported blacks because it is too physically dangerous for White census takers to enter black areas.

Add to all this the continuing burden on our economy caused by the cost of providing free public education to the growing swarm of Latino children in the US, not to mention free health care, food stamps and all the other government hand out programs that go to Third World poor, who take a lot while contributing almost nothing in taxes.
