White Civil Rights : The Website for Europeans and Americans Wherever They May Live

The vacant home and White homeless problem could be solved if government were not so politically correct.

A recent news article reports “The US Census Bureau has released its Third Quarter report on Residential Vacancies and Homeownership. As can be seen from the attached chart, the number of vacant homes in Q3 has started increasing once again after posting moderate improvements over the prior two quarters, and is now at 18.8 million units…”

If the government would just make a deal with the owners of these empty homes to waive the property taxes if they let a homeless White family move in, we could solve two problems at once.

Let’s say a bank has acquired a sub-prime home that some Negro family has just vacated. There are holes punched in the walls. Feces smeared on the ceiling, a cockroach infestation… and all the usual problems that garden variety Blacks create. The bank could find a White family where the Dad just had his job outsourced to India because Bill Gates wanted to pay 50 cents per hour for a software engineer instead of $50 per hour (even though the the White programmer produced GOOD software while the Hindus produced Vista).

The White family has been homeless ever since they defaulted on an insanely over-priced $800k house in a suburb since there’s no way in heck of keeping up the payments on that sort of house once the big-paying White collar job is outsourced.

The bank could throw a couple $10 bug bombs into a foreclosed house recently vacated by Blacks to kill off –hopefully– all the cockroaches. Then let the White family move in and they would clean up the house, scrub all the Negro-feces off the walls and ceiling, spackle up all the holes in the walls, get the dead Black crack ho’s out of the attic and crawl space and report them to police.

The government could pay the basic utilities for the homeless unemployed White family. This would be an incredibly cheap way of helping a homeless White family get off the streets. Obama just squandered $787 billion which has done virtually nothing. A program to temporarily pay utilities would cost just a small fraction of that. If the White dad is able to get a fast food job with his (now useless) college degrees, he could take over the utility payments and even pay some token rent to the bank that owns the home.

This would be a win-win scenario for the banks who own these deserted homes and the increasing number of homeless White families. The government would have to wave the property taxes, but in an increasing number of cases, the government is NOT getting these property taxes anyway. An increasing number of banks have decided not to complete the foreclosure process. They evict the people who can’t pay the mortgage, but they leave the home in the name of the last “home-owner” so that the property taxes are sent to them.

Unfortunately, our government won’t try out a common sense solution like this to deal with the growing number of unemployed White people and empty houses. Why? Because the government won’t make a distinction between responsible White people and garden-variety Negroes. The government would ORDER the banks to put a new Black family in the vacant house, which would likely be no different from the subprime Blacks who just trashed the place.
