White Civil Rights : The Website for Europeans and Americans Wherever They May Live

Most sane people would agree that keeping murderers and rapists locked up should be a top priority of government. Well, a federal court has ordered California to release criminals from its prisons to relieve over-crowding. Has any sane thinking gone into this? How about setting up low-cost prisons like sheriff Joe Arpaio has in Arizona. Liberals must think it’s better to set a dangerous felon loose than to put bad people into a no frills prison. How about setting up a mostly robotic prison to minimize costs?

The truth is that liberals don’t like running short of money. They can’t control their spending. They won’t deport the illegal aliens who are bankrupting California. So what do they do? They PUNISH ordinary citizens by failing to fill potholes, by letting public schools fall to pieces and by releasing dangerous criminals. These people are really this petty and irresponsible. How else can such behavior be explained?

A recent news article reports “A special panel of federal judges has tentatively ruled that California must release tens of thousands of inmates to relieve overcrowding.The judges say no other solution will improve conditions so poor that inmates die regularly of suicides or lack of proper care. They say the state can cut the population of its 33 adult prisons through changes in parole and other policies without endangering public safety. The three judges said a final population figure would be set later.”

So, we now have federal judges setting quotas for how many people each state can imprison. There will probably be racial and gender quotas as well since black activists are always complaining that “too many” blacks are in prison. What will happen to the crime rates when criminals realize that prison sentences are cut in half?

The usual excuse for these mass releases, which have in fact occurred in the past (with disastrous results) is that most people are in prison for “victimless crimes” namely drugs. But how many innocent people have been burglarized or mugged so drug addicts could get money for more drugs? How many rival dealers and innocent bystanders have drug dealers shot in turf wars or gang rivalries? If someone lives a drug dealer lifestyle sufficiently to get busted and sent to jail for possession or pushing, it’s a safe bet that they are sufficiently dangerous so you really don’t want them moving in next door to you.

I think of those “Come to California” ads that Arnold and all those movie stars run on TV, and I wonder how they’ll explain away the massive crime wave that will result from their emptying their prisons. How many white people are going to die horrible deaths thanks to this little bit of judicial activism on the part of the liberals?
