A recent news article reports “A former judge convicted of exposing himself while presiding over jury trials by using a sexual device under his robe was sentenced Friday to four years in prison. Donald Thompson had spent almost 23 years on the bench and had served as a state legislator before retiring from the court in 2004. He showed no reaction when he was sentenced. At his trial this summer, his former court reporter, Lisa Foster, testified that she saw Thompson expose himself at least 15 times during trial between 2001 and 2003.”

Geesh, what kind of rabble are becoming judges in this country? There was another judge, Ron Kline in Orange County, CA, who was caught with kiddie porn on his computer. I wonder how many times the court reporter told the authorities about this judge before anyone did anything. Normally people will quit a job the first time something like that happens or demand that the pervert is fired.

The article notes “Foster told authorities that she saw Thompson use the device almost daily during the August 2003 murder trial of a man accused of shaking a toddler to death…. When jurors asked the judge about the sound, Thompson said he hadn’t heard it but would listen for it. Police built a case against the judge after a police officer testifying in a 2003 murder trial saw a piece of plastic tubing disappear under Thompson’s robe.” (more…)

Or why Let Love Get in the Way of a Good Swindle?

The Israeli newspaper Ha’aretz reports a truly modern Jewish love story. Move over, Fiddler on the Roof and Crossing Delancey, here comes “Bernie and Sherie”.

The Ha’aretz article reports “An accountant and former chief financial officer at Hadassah who lost all of her personal savings in Bernard Madoff’s massive fraud revealed that she and the disgraced financier previously had an affair, Bloomberg News reported. The financial news agency reported that Sheryl Weinstein, 60, is publishing the account of her ties to Madoff in a book titled Madoff’s Other Secret: Love, Money, Bernie, and Me, on August 25. Weinstein was in the New York courtroom on June 29, when Madoff was sentenced to 150 years in prison for operating the massive Ponzi scheme that defrauded and bankrupted dozens of investors. According to Bloomberg, Weinstein told the judge that she and Madoff met 21 years ago when she was chief financial officer at Hadassah, the Women’s Zionist Organization of America. ‘I now view that day as perhaps the unluckiest day of my life because of the many events set into motion that would eventually have the most profound and devastating effect on me, my husband, my child, my parents, my in-laws and all of those who depended on us,’ Weinstein said at the New York hearing.”

Apparently all the dirty sordid details of the affair will be revealed in Ms. Weinstein’s book “Sleeping with Weasels.” (OK. I made up that book title, but it would be fitting.)

The article notes “Hadassah, which also lost millions in Madoff’s scheme, in December lowered estimates of its losses. Hadassah initially said it had $90 million placed with Madoff, but clarified in a Dec. 29 letter that two thirds of that amount – $60 million – constituted the huge, but probably imaginary, profits that Madoff reported to the organization over two decades. The group’s principal investment with Madoff, it said, totaled only $33 million. (Whew! That’s a relief!) Another $7 million in Madoff funds, possibly real, possibly fraudulent, were donated by a French backer in 1988.”

Now, this begs several questions. First off, shouldn’t Ms. Weinstein be investigated for investing $33 million in a Ponzi scheme? Exactly how “innocent” was she –if you can use the word “innocent” with Bernie Madoff’s mistress. At the very least, should she have been investing money with someone she was sleeping with? (more…)

The Phoenix Business Journal reports: “A marked drop in Phoenix-area crime coincides with the recession and a drop in the number of illegal immigrants in Arizona. Phoenix has seen a 25-percent decline in the number of crimes during the first five months of 2009 compared to the same time period in 2007 when the economy began to slow. Violent crime in Phoenix is down 12 percent, according crime statistics from the Phoenix Police Department. The Mesa Police Department reports a 19-percent decrease in total crimes for the first half of 2009 versus the first half of 2007, including a 10-percent drop in violent crime. Tempe has seen a 25-percent total drop.”

Fewer illegal alien Mexicans equals less crime. You’d think this would be just plain simple common sense, and it is to ordinary Americans with a lick of common sense, but to liberal reporters working for the mainstream media, this is a strange and confusing “coincident.”

The Journal notes “At the same time, the state’s illegal immigrant population has decreased by as much as one-third thanks to the down US economy, tougher enforcement polices by the federal government and Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, as well as the state’s employer sanctions law which goes after businesses who hire undocumented workers, said Steven Camarota, director of the Center for Immigration Studies.”

Remember all the attacks, vilification and slander the liberals focused on Sheriff Joe Arapio, who doesn’t believe in providing luxury facilities for criminals and who also believes in enforcing immigration law. Well it looks like Joe’s policies were good for us White Americans and bad for the illegal aliens. That’s why the liberal media hates him so much. (more…)

Sex offender, let out early from 50 year sentence for rape, kidnapped 11 year old girl.

A man who was convicted of kidnap and rape in 1971 is accused of the abduction of an 11 year old girl, Jaycee Lee Dugard in 1991, who was held for 18 years as a sex slave. Phillip Garrido was originally sentenced to 50 years in prison. Unfortunately some damned liberal judge released Garrido early, and he went on to abduct Jaycee Lee Dugard at a bus stop.

A news article reports “A convicted sex offender and his wife have been arrested in the 1991 kidnapping of an 11-year-old girl — who had been kept as a sex slave and held in the backyard of the couple’s Antioch, Calif. home. Jaycee Lee Dugard bore several children for sex offender, Phillip Garrido, 58, officers from the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office said in a news conference Thursday. The unnamed authorities also told the TV station that the victim, Jaycee Lee Dugard, bore several children for the sex offender, Phillip Garrido, 58, and they said Garrido and his wife, Nancy, 54, held Dugard in a shed or other structure in the backyard. Police in Concord, Calif., say they’re “very confident” that a woman who recently came into the police station there identifying herself as Dugard is the girl, who was abducted 18 years ago from a school bus stop.”

This is really an inexcusable failure of our justice system. We need to change the law so that the victims and family of the victim can sue the judge who lets the sex offender out of prison. The judge should lose his house, his bank account and all his possessions whenever he releases someone who goes on to commit more monstrous crimes.

We should also be able to prosecute judges, like the one who released Garrido, as an ACCOMPLICE to the sex crime committed by the pervert, who was set free. That’s probably the only way to stop these sick, foolish, liberal judges from letting dangerous criminals back into society. (more…)

More than one conservative pundit has made the observation that we’re bobsledding toward Gomorrah. Jewish lawyers have filed lawsuit after lawsuit to take any mention of religion out of public schools. The mainstream media more often than not insults Christianity the rare times that it bothers to mention it. Not only is there a small, but noisy Gay population among the White and Jewish population; it appears as though there is no shortage of Gays in the Black population.

KTLA reports a story about Gay Blacks in Chicago, where our illustrious president Obama comes from. Gay Blacks seem to be more and more prevalent among upper class Blacks. In fact there were three Gay Black men in Obama’s church, who were shot just as his presidential campaign was getting started. A very curious coincidence.

The latest story about Gays in Chicago is a little more comical than sinister. KTLA news reports from Chicago: “Not many beauty pageants end with a judge and contestant attacking another judge — with a trophy. Two men were ordered held on bond Wednesday after they were charged with beating a judge at a gay men’s beauty pageant earlier this month on Chicago’s West Side. Leroy Tinch, 28, of the 2200 block of Emerson Street in Evanston and Anthony Johnson, 23, of the 8200 block of Keating Avenue in Skokie were both charged with aggravated battery with great bodily harm, a class one felony… Prosecutors said the men were at the pageant at 3350 W. Jackson Blvd., where Johnson was a contestant and Tinch was a judge. Johnson allegedly became angry with another judge after he voted for (a) different contestant, grabbed the trophy and hit the judge in the head with it. Tinch then jumped in and began hitting the judge with a sharp object, cutting him over his left eye, Conklin said. The victim suffered a broken jaw and a cut on his finger required seven stitches.” (more…)

Apparently the rumors about Ted Kennedy’s imminent demise have proven true. One of the worst traitors against the American people has finally died. His last notable acts of treason include supporting an Amnesty Bill for 20 million illegal aliens in 2007 and his endorsement of Barack Obama in 2008.

His worst act of treason during his long disgraceful stay in the Senate was opening the immigration floodgates to the Third World in the 1960s, transforming America from a 90 percent White nation to a 67 percent White nation, and dooming the White race in North America to extinction unless a pro-White political upheaval can stop the two-party system.

Kennedy’s personal life was just as disgraceful as his political life. Mary Jo Kopechne drowned in the back seat of his car abandoned by this drunk womanizer, who cared more about his reputation than saving her life. Kennedy eventually bloated himself out to 300lbs, showing as little self-control in his eating as he did in his spending. Mary Jo isn’t the only person Ted Kennedy has killed. Think of all the White people killed by Mexican drunk drivers and other Third World criminals, who have invaded America, thanks to Ted Kennedy undermining our immigration policies. Thousands of White people have been killed and millions have been victims of crimes because of the Third World invasion that Ted Kennedy caused. (more…)

The London Daily Telegraph reports: “A former British Airways steward who conned colleagues out of £200,000, was found guilty of murdering his partner in a Travelodge hotel room. Glenn Rycroft was a prolific conman, the Old Bailey heard. He battered Gareth MacDonald over the head with a fire extinguisher at the hotel at the M4 Heston services in September 2007. Mr MacDonald, a 30-year-old father of three, had left his wife and children to move in with Rycroft in Rhewl, North Wales, after meeting him on the internet. But the victim had started to become suspicious of his lover after money started going missing from his bank account. Detectives believe Rycroft had targeted MacDonald to cheat money out of him in the latest of his scams. Rycroft… claimed a rent boy (British slang for a homosexual prostitute) must have killed him while he was out of the room but jurors rejected his story and he now faces a life sentence. Sentencing was adjourned until Friday.”

Needless to say a story like this would have been unimaginable in the 1930s. Decades of liberalism have taken England further and further down the wrong road. Countless neighborhoods in English cities look more like Bombay or Cairo, thanks to years of Third World immigration. And homosexuality exists like a plague.

How in the world can a man leave a wife and three kids to start a new life as a homosexual? Could decades of liberal media propaganda have played a role? Apparently, this individual never thought of how embarrassing or disgraceful his new lifestyle would be for his children. An insanity gene is bad enough in a family line, but this is even worse. The above is not the headline I assigned to this article, it is the original headline from the web site, in the United Kingdom. This is an illustration of a strange phenomenon: while personal freedom of speech on racial matters is almost non-existent in the U.K. due to the draconian Race Relations and Public Order Acts, the U.K. media is actually more free and more willing to address certain issues than the state-controlled media here in the U.S. The story keeps getting bigger and bigger. An article in the Israeli news source Haaretz reports that a “Top Sweden newspaper says IDF kills Palestinians for their organs.”

The Scotsman reports: “Money laundering, organ smuggling, racketeering and $97,000 hidden in a cornflakes box – all allegations levelled this week when the FBI announced one of its biggest-ever organised crime busts in New Jersey. But this bust came with a difference: the ring-leaders are orthodox rabbis… The five Sephardic rabbis, all from orthodox Syrian Jewish communities in New Jersey and Brooklyn, are accused of selling kidneys and laundering tens of millions of dollars through fake charities. ‘These complaints paint a disgraceful picture of religious leaders leading money-laundering crews, acting as crime bosses,’ said federal prosecutor Ralph Marra. The laundering case boomeranged when Mr Zwek found state officials attending the money drops, leading to three mayors and two public officials being among the 44 suspects – so many that they were taken to court not by squad cars but by bus.”

What you have to understand is that outside the immediate New York/New Jersey area, this story has been virtually unreported in the American media. It is a prime example of Americans now having to turn to foreign web sites to get their news about what is going on in their own country, because the American state-controlled media is so shamefully subservient to the Jews and the Obama regime. The following is an e-mail from an anonymous patriot that is meant to counter all the liberal attempts to white-wash Ted Kennedy’s disgraceful betrayal of America and his equally shameful personal life. Feel free to send this article to all your friends. –Editor’s Note.

As soon as his cancer was detected, I noticed the immediate attempt at the “canonization” of old Teddy Kennedy by the mainstream media. They are saying what a “great American” he is. I say, let’s get a couple things clear and not twist the facts to change the real history:

1. He was caught cheating at Harvard when he attended it. He was expelled twice, once for cheating on a test, and once for paying a classmate to cheat for him.

2. While expelled, Kennedy enlisted in the Army, but mistakenly signed up for four years instead of two. Oops! The man can’t count to four! His father, Joseph P. Kennedy, former U.S. Ambassador to England (a step up from bootlegging liquor into the US from Canada during prohibition), pulled the necessary strings to have his enlistment shortened to two years, and to ensure that he served in Europe, not Korea , where a war was raging. No preferential treatment for him! (like he charged that President Bush received).

3. Kennedy was assigned to Paris , never advanced beyond the rank of Private, and returned to Harvard upon being discharged. Imagine a person of his “education” NEVER advancing past the rank of Private!

4. While attending law school at the University of Virginia , he was cited for reckless driving four times, including once when he was clocked driving 90 miles per hour in a residential neighborhood with his headlights off after dark. Yet his Virginia driver’s license was never revoked.. Coincidentally, he passed the bar exam in 1959. Amazing!

5. In 1964, he was seriously injured in a plane crash, and hospitalized for several months. Test results done by the hospital at the time he was admitted had shown he was legally intoxicated. The results of those tests remained a “state secret” until in the 1980’s when the report was unsealed.. Didn’t hear about that from the unbiased media, did we?

6. On July 19, 1969, Kennedy attended a party on Chappaquiddick Island in Massachusetts . At about 11:00 PM, he borrowed his chauffeur’s keys to his Oldsmobile limousine, and offered to give a ride home to Mary Jo Kopechne, a campaign worker. Leaving the island via an unlit bridge with no guard rail, Kennedy steered the car off the bridge, flipped, and sank into Poucha Pond.

7. He swam to shore and walked back to the party, passing several houses and a fire station. Two friends then returned with him to the scene of the accident. According to their later testimony, they told him what he already knew – that he was required by law to immediately report the accident to the authorities. Instead, Kennedy made his way to his hotel, called his lawyer, and went to sleep. Kennedy called the police the next morning and by then the wreck had already been discovered. Before dying, Kopechne had scratched at the upholstered floor above her head in the upside-down car. Kopechne was able to stay alive for a while breathing a bubble of air inside the car.

One source notes “A diver was sent down and discovered Kopechne’s body at around 8:45 am. The diver, John Farrar, later testified at the inquest that Kopechne’s body was pressed up in the car in the spot where an air bubble would have formed. He interpreted this to mean that Kopechne had survived for a while after the initial accident in the air bubble, and concluded that: ‘Had I received a call within five to ten minutes of the accident occurring, and was able, as I was the following morning, to be at the victim’s side within twenty-five minutes of receiving the call, in such event there is a strong possibility that she would have been alive on removal from the submerged car.’ ”

The Kennedy family began “calling in favors”, ensuring that any inquiry would be contained. Her corpse was whisked out-of-state to her family, before an autopsy could be conducted. Further details are uncertain, but after the accident Kennedy says he repeatedly dove under the water trying to rescue Kopechne and he didn’t call police because he was in a state of shock.

It is widely assumed Kennedy was drunk, and he held off calling police in hopes that his family could fix the problem overnight. Since the accident, Kennedy’s “political enemies” have referred to him as the distinguished Senator from Chappaquiddick. He pled guilty to leaving the scene of an accident, and was given a SUSPENDED SENTENCE OF TWO MONTHS. (more…)

What is one of the first earmarks of a totalitarian police state? A culture of informing, coupled with state efforts to build a nationwide network of civilian informers reporting on dissident thoughts and conversations of their friends, neighbors and co-workers.

ABC News reports “A Republican senator is calling for the White House to suspend a new project that asks members of the public to flag ‘fishy’ claims about President Obama’s health care plans, arguing that it raises privacy concerns and will serve to chill free speech. Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, is sending a letter to the White House today asking the president to cease this program immediately — or to explain how Americans’ privacy will be protected if e-mails are forwarded to the White House as requested.”

How much would you like to bet that it’s not inaccurate reporting that they want to go after, but embarrassing true revelations that they want to suppress?

The article notes “ ‘I am not aware of any precedent for a President asking American citizens to report their fellow citizens to the White House for pure political speech that is deemed ‘fishy’ or otherwise inimical to the White House’s political interests,’ Cornyn writes.’I can only imagine the level of justifiable outrage had your predecessor asked Americans to forward emails critical of his policies to the White House. I suspect that you would have been leading the charge in condemning such a program’ …Yesterday, White House director of new media Macon Phillips wrote a blog posting urging readers to flag questionable claims about health care proposals….Cornyn specifically asks whether those who quote the president’s past statements — such as his 2003 statement that he was a proponent of single-payer care — qualifies as ‘disinformation.’ He also asks what actions the White House would take against those engaging in ‘fishy’ speech.” (more…)
