A black-robed whore has denied Arizonans the right to round up illegal aliens.

Despite all the propaganda from the media, three quarters of Americans want illegal aliens deported. One recent article notes “Three-quarters of Americans want to see the number of illegal immigrants decreased and a substantial majority put more priority on stopping illegal immigration than they do in finding a path for immigrants to become legal residents, according to a CNN/Opinion Research poll conducted May 21-23. The 76 percent who say they want the population of illegals decreased is the highest figure in CNN polls dating back to June 2006… Sixty percent want the emphasis of the government to be on stopping illegals from entering the country and deporting those who are here…”

With this kind of massive public support for enforcing immigration law, you might think new laws like Arizona’s SB 1070 would have little trouble. But the reality is that an army of militant liberals in the Democrat party and judicial positions are always poised to deny the will of the people whenever it doesn’t suit their agenda.

A recent news article reports “a federal judge dealt a serious rebuke to Arizona’s toughest-in-the-nation immigration law. The judge put put most of the crackdown on hold just hours before it was to take effect. The ruling by U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton shifts the immigration debate to the courts and sets up a lengthy legal battle that may not be decided until the Supreme Court weighs in. Republican Gov. Jan Brewer said the state will likely appeal the ruling and seek to get the judge’s order overturned. But for now, opponents of the law have prevailed: The provisions that most angered opponents will not take effect, including sections that required officers to check a person’s immigration status while enforcing other laws.”

The whole issue about Arizona’s immigration law SB1070 is whether the US will have ANY serious immigration enforcement or whether the minority of Americans, who want open borders get their way. Unfortunately, almost all Democrat politicians and a considerable percentage of alleged Republican politicians, secretly oppose ANY border enforcement.

The Obama regime filed a lawsuit against Arizona’s immigration law demonstrating their contempt for the law and their desire to turn America into a Third World garbage heap, where Democrats will perpetually have a majority of the vote, which is all they care about.

There was absolutely NO legitimate reason for this federal judge to rule against the Arizona immigration law. The heart of the law was a word-for-word copy of existing federal immigration law. All the professional liars running around claiming that the law is un-Constitutional or conflicts with federal law are in reality raging against the fact that a large majority of Americans favor deporting illegal aliens and the state of Arizona is trying to do something about this problem.

There’s an old saying that “Justice delayed is justice denied”. Arizona passed SB 1070 because illegal aliens are bankrupting their state. Rather than ignore the problem and go bankrupt, like California is choosing to do, Arizona chose to tackle the illegal immigration problem and put into law a reasonable process of checking immigration papers at traffic stops and slowly rounding up the illegal aliens for deportation.

In a way, it’s good that this battle is coming out right before the November elections. It should remind Americans that they need to vote the Democrats out of power if they want anything done about illegal immigration. Also, they need to vote liberal Republicans out of office so we don’t get pro-Amnesty traitors like George W. Bush or John McCain rising to the top of the party.

Speaking of the devil, John McCain’s primary is coming up on August 24th. If anyone in Arizona wants to send a message that they want to stop illegal immigration, they should vote against McCain in the open primary. Feel free to support J.D. Hayworth, McCain’s rival, at his website here.

Helium.com reports: “The United States Government shut down about 73,000 WordPress blogs on a single Web site in a move that some fear signals an increasing disregard for individual free speech rights. The action follows the high profile government seizure of seven online movie sites weeks ago. The U.S. move dwarfs current Chinese government activity that shut down only dozens of blogs in China. Recently targeted by federal action, the free WordPress blogging site Blogetery abruptly went offline after hosting provider BurstNet complied with undisclosed demands from authorities. A message viewable upon visiting the Blogetery site gives this message from its owner: ‘After being (a) BurstNet customer for 7 months our server was terminated without any notification or explanation.’ A link on the site leads to a forum called Web Hosting Talk, where the site operator has posted correspondence with BurstNet, that suggests federal involvement in the incident.”

What it’s all coming down to is that free speech really isn’t free. If you support radical views, you’ll need to own your own website, your own server and be your own host too.

The article notes “Those first to learn about the Blogetery shutdown seemed to think that the move was due to intellectual property concerns. The online discussion supposedly with the Blogetery owner suggests that users of his site prompted frequent cease and desist demands from copyright holders to which he responded with appropriate action against users of his site. Original speculation seemed to be misguided upon the release of comments from BurstNet that disclosed that the action against Blogetery was not typical and required instant compliance with federal demands to close the entire Web site. Some reports seem to suggest that intellectual property rights actions typically target specific users of a service rather than the entire operation. Now, some fear that the suffering of the innocent together with the guilty as the free speech of many appears to have been infringed by government action. Such fear supposes, of course, that not all 73,000 blogs on Blogetery were lawbreakers. Some consider the magnitude of the federal action as an indication that the Blogetery site itself and its owner may have been involved in some type of wrongdoing.”

The Obama regime is flexing its muscles, seeing how much they can wipe out in one fell swoop. They already have a law in place that allows Obama to pull a “kill switch” and shut down the entire Net in the event of a “national emergency.” And we all know who will define what constitutes a national emergency, don’t we?

The Dems see the First and Second Amendments as “problems” not inalienable Rights of the people. Wordpress had been a bastion of free speech and Obama has gotten rid of it using a few technical violations of copyright laws as an excuse.

Democrats only know how to do two things: tax and spend. Obama has just committed the US to provide medical insurance for everyone in America. On Jan. 1st, 2011 we will be forced to start paying the bill for that monstrous mandate. Not only are the Bush tax cuts gone, tax brackets will soon be going up. And look forward to a 55 percent death tax. Obama and the Dems will literally be picking the pockets of dead White people to pay for all the little brown Latino babies that the Democrats consider the future of America.

An article at Investors.com reports: “Many voters are looking forward to 2011, hoping a new Congress will put the country back on the right track. But unless something’s done soon, the new year will also come with a raft of tax hikes — including a return of the death tax — that will be real killers. Through the end of this year, the federal estate tax rate is zero — thanks to the package of broad-based tax cuts that President Bush pushed through to get the economy going earlier in the decade. But as of midnight Dec. 31, the death tax returns — at a rate of 55% on estates of $1 million or more. The effect this will have on hospital life-support systems is already a matter of conjecture.”

I can tell you one effect already. If millionaires are going to lose 55% of their estate on their death, then they will start shifting massive amounts of private wealth offshore in the same way this occurred in Britain from the 1940s onward, depriving the country of an untold reserve of capital that might be used for job creation, research and development and economic recovery. Obama and his Court Jews have just cut this country’s economic throat and on January 1st we start to bleed to death.

The article notes “Resurrection of the death tax, however, isn’t the only tax problem that will be ushered in Jan. 1. Many other cuts from the Bush administration are set to disappear and a new set of taxes will materialize. And it’s not just the rich who will pay. The lowest bracket for the personal income tax, for instance, moves up 50% — to 15% from 10%. The next lowest bracket — 25% — will rise to 28%, and the old 28% bracket will be 31%. At the higher end, the 33% bracket is pushed to 36% and the 35% bracket becomes 39.6%. But the damage doesn’t stop there. The marriage penalty also makes a comeback, and the capital gains tax will jump 33% — to 20% from 15%. The tax on dividends will go all the way from 15% to 39.6% — a 164% increase. Both the cap-gains and dividend taxes will go up further in 2013 as the health care reform adds a 3.8% Medicare levy for individuals making more than $200,000 a year and joint filers making more than $250,000. Other tax hikes include: halving the child tax credit to $500 from $1,000 and fixing the standard deduction for couples at the same level as it is for single filers. Letting the Bush cuts expire will cost taxpayers $115 billion next year alone, according to the Congressional Budget Office, and $2.6 trillion through 2020. But even more tax headaches lie ahead. This ’second wave’ of hikes, as Americans for Tax Reform puts it, are designed to pay for ObamaCare…”

This was a bill, bear in mind, that most of the Congressmen and Senators who voted for it admit they did not read beforehand. Now we know why Obama and his Court Jews had to bribe or threaten Senators and Congressmen to shove this through.

Obamacare is about the redistribution of wealth out of the hands of White people to Blacks and Latinos in the guise of free health care for minorities and crippling taxes for Whites. It is a very rare thing for me to advocate voting for any Establishment party, but we had better hope the Republicans seize both Houses of Congress in November because there is at least some chance they will do something about this. Not because they give a damn about ordinary White people but for the sake of their corporate cronies in the healthcare and insurance industries.

You might think with the economy teetering on the brink of bankruptcy, the government might lighten up on mandatory paperwork and forcing businesses to employ quota-hires. Well, you’d be wrong.

A CNS News article reports: “The Obama administration is backing legislation that includes regulations requiring U.S. businesses to provide to the government data about employee pay as it relates to the sex, race and national origin of employees. In an orchestrated effort that included a statement by President Barack Obama and an event at the White House featuring Vice President Joe Biden, Attorney General Eric Holder and Labor Secretary Hilda Solis, the president and his cabinet endorsed the Paycheck Fairness Act.”

The ONLY reason that people like Obama and his cronies want to gather this information is to use it in future Civil Rights lawsuits to force big corporations to hire more minorities in the future.

CNS notes: “The House approved the act in 2009, but the Senate did not approve it. In the 111th Congress, both the House and the Senate have offered legislation that covers a wide range of workplace requirements and regulations, including training girls and women to become better at negotiating pay and benefits, and the establishment of a data base of U.S. workers’ pay in both the public and private sector. At the White House on Tuesday, Biden was the keynote speaker at a Middle Class Task Force event where he told invited guests that the Obama administration is on the right side of history by passing legislation to ensure women are paid the same as their male counterparts.”

They can’t fix the economy so they bring up this assertion as a distraction. Is there any company at all, anywhere, that pays women less than men? I remember women getting paid MORE in certain technical fields because companies were having trouble finding enough women with degrees in science. This is all a smoke screen.

The key provision of this law is the collection of data for a national database of who works where, which believe it or not doesn’t yet exist in this country. The various secret police agencies have been trying to slip something like this through the cracks for years, along with a national ID card.

Once the government has that data it can use that as the basis for a whole new quota-system so the government can force even more inept quota-hires into American corporations, many of which are teetering on the edge of bankruptcy thank to the quota-hires, they already employ, not to mention the Obama Depression.

Another scientific achievement suggests we could solve our racial problems in a very short time if our government would support certain new technology. The Sun newspaper reports: “A ROBOT billed as a ‘toaster on legs’ has smashed a world record — by walking 14.3 miles in 11 hours. The Ranger, built by US scientists, set the record for untethered robotic walking earlier this month. Guided by students using a remote control, the odd-looking robot strode 108.5 times around a 212m indoor track. It completed about 70,000 steps before it needed a recharge. The Ranger, whose parts alone cost £15,000, took four years to perfect — but runs on batteries and cost(s) less than 1p (one penny) to travel four miles. It smashed the previous world record set by Boston Dynamics’ BigDog in Boston by 1.5 miles. The Ranger is energy efficient because it copies the physics of human walking, using gravity and momentum to roll its legs forward. While the movements of other robots are controlled by motors, the Ranger has a more laid-back gait.”

What is the biggest justification for illegal aliens in White societies? The claim that they now do most of the crop picking and dirty jobs that Whites allegedly won’t do. While this is not by any means entirely true, as witnessed by the thousands of Whites who line up for the vacated jobs every time Immigration raids some factory and hauls away the illegals.

But what if we could get robots to do many (if not all) of the dirty jobs? This would make immigrant Third World labor obsolete (not to mention making most Third World people in White nations obsolete).

Another article reports ” As if the debate over immigration and guest worker programs wasn’t complicated enough, now a couple of robots are rolling into the middle of it. Vision Robotics, a San Diego company, is working on a pair of robots that would trundle through orchards plucking oranges, apples or other fruit from the trees. In a few years, troops of these machines could perform the tedious and labor-intensive task of fruit picking that currently employs thousands of migrant workers each season. The robotic work has been funded entirely by agricultural associations, and pushed forward by the uncertainty surrounding the migrant labor force…. But it wasn’t just technological challenges that held back previous attempts at building a mechanical harvester –- politics got involved, too. Cesar Chavez, the legendary leader of the United Farm Workers, began a campaign against mechanization back in 1978. Chavez was outraged that the federal government was funding research and development on agricultural machines… and government funding dried up.”

Japan has been leading the world in developing industrial robots. Japan has very limited real estate. Even if they wanted to import large numbers of guest workers, there’s no place to put them. Japan is increasingly using industrial robots to do the difficult jobs in their auto factories that younger generations are less willing to do. At one point Japan was making 90 percent of the world’s industrial robots, thanks in large part to the US Congress capitulating to Ceasar Chavez.

Despite the ultra-liberal nature of the California legislature, there is a strong chance of a copy of Arizona’s immigration law SB 1070 passing in California. California has a voter initiative process which bypasses the Latinos, Socialists and lunatics in the legislature, and polls show a copy of SB1070 passing with a comfortable margin. Ted Hilton is leading an effort to get an anti-illegal alien voter initiative on the California ballot by 2012.

There is more official racism in government right now than there ever was under Segregation in the 1940s. Fox News reports: “Days after the NAACP clashed with Tea Party members over allegations of racism, a video has surfaced showing an Agriculture Department official regaling an NAACP audience with a story about how she withheld help to a white farmer facing bankruptcy — video that now has forced the official to resign.”

Since then, it was claimed that the video was taken out of context and the woman was giving that as an example of racist attitudes, which she has since overcome. Then again, if a White person ever admitted that he discriminated against Blacks in the past, how long do you think he would hold his job -regardless of whether or not he claimed to have overcome his past racism?

The Fox article notes “Shirley Sherrod, the department’s Georgia director of Rural Development, is shown in the clip describing ‘the first time I was faced with having to help a white farmer save his farm.’ Sherrod, who is black, claimed the farmer took a long time trying to show he was superior to her. The audience laughed as she described how she determined his fate. ‘He had to come to me for help. What he didn’t know while he was taking all that time trying to show me he was superior to me was I was trying to decide just how much help I was going to give him,’ she said. ‘I was struggling with the fact that so many black people have lost their farmland and here I was faced with having to help a white person save their land — so I didn’t give him the full force of what I could do.’ …The Agriculture Department announced Monday, shortly after FoxNews.com published its initial report on the video, that Sherrod had resigned.”

This Negress was caught on video making this cutesy little speech about how she deliberately failed to help a White man and took his land and it ended up on YouTube. I have never denied that the Internet does have its uses. As an aside, phonecams are getting so embarrassing to police who keep getting taped committing various acts of misconduct that many states are passing laws prohibiting taping police without their permission.

When Blacks are given governmental authority over White people, the end result is robbery, rape and murder. Look at Zimbabwe. Look at South Africa. Look at Detroit and Atlanta. Look at Washington D.C. under Barack Hussein Obama. This woman was given authority over White people and their families and their livelihood, and she abused it out of her racial hatred for people of European descent.

Most White people have an inherent respect for farmers. Blacks do not. The Blacks in Zimbabwe resented the White farmers even though they were saving them from the famines of neighboring countries. The Black hatred of Whites was so strong in Zimbabwe that they drove out the White farmers. Blacks took over. The farms failed, and now Zimbabwe faces starvation just like other Black-ruled nations.

Right now, Blacks are stealing jobs from Whites thanks to racial quotas. They are introducing incompetence at every level in every major corporation in America, and we are seeing American companies like General Motors and Chrysler going bankrupt in large part due to this quota-hire incompetence.

Add to this, uppity racist Black women in government, who take joy in turning down White farmers, who need a little government assistance to get through a tough time. Let’s just hope these uppity Blacks in government don’t ruin so many White farms that we’ll be suffering food shortages as well as the Obama Depression.

Big Brother is on the way and he’s bringing the Fat Police with him. CNS News reports: “New federal regulations issued this week stipulate that the electronic [so they can be hacked] health records all Americans are supposed to have by 2014 under the terms of the stimulus law that President Barack Obama signed last year must record not only the traditional measures of height and weight, but also the Body Mass Index: a measure of obesity. The obesity-rating regulation states that every American’s electronic health record must: ‘calculate body mass index. Automatically calculate and display body mass index (BMI) based on a patient’s height and weight.’ The law also requires that these electronic health records be available–with appropriate security measures–on a national exchange.”

You don’t suppose every unapproved activity from being a little overweight, to having an occasional beer, to eating red meat to eating junk foods will be used to increase the cost of your medical insurance do you?

Obamacare isn’t “free” –at least not for White people. We will soon be forced to buy health insurance, and we’ll be forced to pay for “free” health insurance for all the needy Third World people, who can’t afford it or who are too lazy to work.

Now that the government is getting involved, they will want to start demanding that we supply them with any information they want, including how much each of us weighs and any other personal medical information. Who knows where that information will wind up? I’m sure there will be people in government willing to sell that information to credit card companies, direct marketing concerns and maybe even the tabloids.

CNS goes on: “The new regulations are one of the first steps towards the government’s goal of universal adoption of electronic health records (EHRs) by 2014, as outlined in the 2009 economic stimulus law. Specifically, the regulations issued on Tuesday by Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius and Dr. David Blumenthal, the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology, define the meaningful use of electronic records. Under the stimulus law, health care providers–including doctors and hospitals–must establish meaningful use of EHRs by 2014 in order to qualify for federal subsidies. After that, they will be subjected to penalties in the form of diminished Medicare and Medicaid payments for not establishing meaningful use of EHRs.”

So if a private doctor (if there are such things in the future) doesn’t give up his patients’ records, he’ll lose his government check.

Do I really need to outline the 1001 potentials for abuse here? Do you really want everyone from the police to telemarketers to extortionists looking at your medical records? Do you want hackers stealing your records and posting all your diseases, loathsome or otherwise to a web site?

But there are even deeper implications here. In the liberal world, the “campaign against obesity” as defined by Michelle Obama and like-minded liberals is in fact part of a decades-long vendetta against the fast food industry and McDonalds restaurants in particular.

Americans should be free to eat wherever they want. We don’t need a nanny-state telling us all to eat nothing but salads and tofu. Fast food chains are an example of a highly successful capitalist enterprise, and the liberal Democrats have long had their eyes on outfits like McDonalds, KFC and Pizza Hut as sources of tax revenue to fund their big Socialist spending projects. There may soon be a fast food tax to make up for all the alleged health problems that come from people eating fast food. Never mind the fact that a person who eats McDonald’s food in moderation and gets plenty of exercise could be just as fit as anyone else.

Look for the “anti-obesity” campaign to take on the elements of extortion and shakedown. The Democrats funded their spending for years through extorting the tobacco industry with crushing taxes, lawsuits and outright shakedowns. Now they’re going to shake down Ronald McDonald and the Taco Bell chihuahua.

Cities and states across America are teetering on the edge of bankruptcy and resorting to extraordinary measures to cut employee costs. One of the ways in which private sector employers have avoided paying benefits such as medical insurance is through the use of temporary employees or contractors. Now it looks like this practice is being adopted by state and local governments many of which are on the verge of bankruptcy.

The Wall Street Journal reports: “Faced with a $118 million budget deficit, the city of San Jose, Calif., recently decided it could no longer afford its own janitors. So the city’s budget called for dropping its custodial staff and hiring outside contractors to clean its city hall and airport, saving about $4 million. To keep all its swimming pools open and staffed, the city is replacing some city workers with contractors. After years of whittling staff and cutting back on services, towns and cities are now outsourcing some of the most basic functions of local government, from policing to trash collection. Services that cities can no longer afford to provide are being contracted to private vendors, counties or even neighboring towns. The move saves cities budget-crushing costs of employee benefits like health insurance and retirement. Maywood, a tiny city southeast of Los Angeles, is taking contracting to the extreme. The city of around 40,000 is letting go of its entire staff and contracting with outsiders to perform all city services. The city is disbanding its police force and handing public safety over to the Los Angeles County Sheriff. Its neighbor, the city of Bell, will take over running Maywood’s City Hall.”

In California especially, the problem is the demand by public employees and their powerful unions for bloated pensions as well as medical insurance. California’s benefits were among the best in the world, but they can no longer be paid for, because the productive White people who constitute the California tax base are fleeing the state by the millions at the same time that millions of additional illegal aliens are invading the state demanding free public school education for their kids, free emergency room care and other hand outs. Unlike Arizona, few politicians in California are willing to do anything about the illegals. It’s like steering a bus by committee and the majority want to go off a cliff.

Recently Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger declared he would lower the pay of state workers to minimum wage as an emergency move to deal with the state budget crisis. One article reports “the Schwarzenegger administration won an appellate court ruling saying it has the authority to impose the federal minimum wage of $7.25 an hour on more than 200,000 state workers as California wrestles with its latest budget crisis… A cut to a minimum wage would mean state workers would make the equivalent of $15,000 a year. The average state worker makes $65,000 annually, according to the state Department of Personnel Administration… Schwarzenegger’s minimum wage order will not affect all of California’s government employees. The 37,000 state workers represented by unions that recently negotiated new contracts with the administration will continue to receive their full pay because they agreed to pay cuts and pension reforms.”

It’s not clear how long salaries would be cut to minimum wage. This is likely an arm-twisting move by the governor to get the legislature to agree to other cuts. The budget deficit however is very real, and the $13.1 billion per year that illegal aliens cost the state of California is a big factor that the Democrats don’t want to do anything about.

Schwarzenegger wanted the union workers in the state to take a five percent pay cut, but that didn’t go over well. At some point very soon, the bloated pay and pensions of union workers will cease to be paid because the state simply runs out of money. The welfare checks will stop too.

When that happens, Blacks and illegal aliens will riot in the streets, and there may not be any police left on the public payroll to stop them because at some point the money will run out to pay the cops, assuming they haven’t been replaced by minimum wage security guards by then.

Life could get very interesting, very soon. Just make sure you have plenty of canned food, guns and ammo.
